There were many free services and I was very satisfied. There were play areas both indoors and outdoors for children, so I enjoyed my hotel stay even though it was winter. Mother Farm was also close by. Incidentally, it was cheaper to buy tickets to Mother Farm at the hotel than to buy them in advance online, so I was glad I realized that before buying them. Alcoholic drinks and rusks were available in the lounge after checking in, and they were delicious.

The hotel is very comfortable, the waiter's attitude is very good, the room is very good, but the Japanese restaurant experience is too bad, the waiter is seriously unfriendly to Chinese people, we 6 people spent 8,000 RMB dinner 🍾️ the product is not sorry for the charge, the service attitude is not friendly, Chinese people are friends all over the world, can you be more friendly

Stepping in the footsteps of autumn leaves, I came to Nasu Mountain Le in the mountains, a stop in the hot spring trip, I enjoyed all my troubles, relaxed mood and friends to talk about wine, not to the end of autumn, I plan the next goal.

There are many families with children. One child is +3300 yen per night. Various items for children can be obtained from the front desk. The Japanese restaurant on the second floor tastes okay. There are various set meals. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Went for work, staff wasn’t the nicest but were accommodating enough - the night staff was a little rude, but the morning staff the next day was kind enough. I had time to kill in the lobby, where there were free massage chairs, though they were a little beaten up. There were food and drink dispensers as well as a hot water heater and microwave for use. There are also public onsen style baths that I did not take advantage of, but they had many selections. The room I stayed in was nothing special, but was fine for the night I was staying. The location is not great but not terrible, as there is a supermarket nearby open until midnight My biggest piece of advice would be to rent a car if you are staying here; I took a cab then walked to the station the next day after my business in the area was done

The three of us walked up from Kinugawa Station. It took about 15 minutes to walk. It was mid-December and the red leaves had not yet receded. The environment along the way was beautiful. The hotel is a one-way hotel-specific cable car up. It is very unique and different from other hotels. Breakfast and dinner are all Japanese-style, with careful ingredients, fresh and delicious.

A traditional Japanese hot spring hotel located next to Kamibashi. I stayed with 11 friends, and the hotel provided a banquet hall for us to have dinner and breakfast; everyone felt at home. The quality of the food was very good, but the chestnut rice for dinner was disappointing. The autumn maple scenery on the inclined road between Kamibashi and the hotel in the early morning is very beautiful.

Hotel location is ideal, just 5 mins walk on the connecting bridge over from train station. It seemed not crowded when we checked in, and realised it’s next to their convention center so reckon the hotel is catered for business travelers. But it’s very convenient and it’s linked to a mall next door, readily with eateries and supermarket, shops. Hotel breakfast is so-so, variety is not that much and taste is average.

I took a taxi from Kinugawa Onsen Station to go to the hotel, but just take the bus. It's quick, cheap, and good. The hotel service was good. The guide was friendly, and the fact that it's a key, not a card key, is heavy, but it's also good because it's hard to lose. The hotel facilities have a retro feel, but I didn't feel old. It feels like a restored classic car. Dinner is divided into two parts: the first half and the second half. At first, everyone goes to Honmaguro and Daege, but you can take something else at that time. In the end, everything is gone, so you can take your time. The ice cream was Haagen-Dazs, which is a three-course meal, but I only had one because I was feeding the baby. There are three hot springs, including an open-air bath and two large baths, but the basement floor of the annex building was nice because there were fewer people. There were many types of shampoos available on the market, so it was easy to use. There were also Japanese brands of hair dryers, such as Lipa, Panasonic, and Dyson. There were also baby chairs for easy washing of babies, and a baby bed where you could put your baby while drying your hair, so it was easy to prepare for leaving the baby. The breakfast was also great, with unlimited salmon roe and a variety of breads. I was satisfied and plan to visit again when my second child is born. It was a resort where I could feel the bubble era.

GGuest UserThe second time I stayed here, the first time I stayed in a Western-style room. The room was large and very new. The second time I brought my parents to stay, I chose a traditional Japanese-style room. When I opened the window, I could see the snow-capped mountains and mountains. The attitude of the service staff is very good and the experience is very good. Staff will take the initiative to help make the bed at night. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, each restaurant has a fixed location, and dinner and breakfast are prepared in advance. However, the included meals are vegetarian by default. If you want to change meat, remember to tell customer service in advance.

JJamesGreat hotel with an amazing view of Lake Chuzenji. We weren’t aware of the self check in policy and we arrived after 6pm so there were no staff around to help us. The self check in machines are a little hard to figure out but one of the restaurant staff helped us and it all worked out in the end. The onsen is great and the free bicycles were wonderful to ride around the lake. The room was comfy and spacious. One issue with the onsen is that you can hear everyone in the female onsen from the male onsen. Usually this is fine because most people are quiet, but one of the nights there were several women and children screaming and talking loudly and shouting to their relatives in the male section.

The family is in their 30s. The room is large and the dinner is very luxurious. It is worthy of the specifications of the New Year’s Eve dinner. The service is very meticulous and thoughtful. The hot spring does not feel any minerals, but the venue is large and has an open air. When we left, we had a lot of luggage and took the initiative to drive us to the station, generally affordable

GGuest UserThis was my first time for staying in ryokan. This ryokan has such a delight, warming services and very nice hotel staffs. Although I can not speak japanese, the language did not bring me any problems because we could use google translate and some of the innkeeper can speak English. I felt like I stay in my home and very enjoyed interacting with both hotel staffs and shiobara people. Besides, foods there were so delicious. - traditional japanese food: they wrote a welcome note and descriptions of food in paper (in japanese) eg. Fish came from river beside hotel, everything was from local which I really really love it. - local venison(deer meat): must try yakiniku If you wanna avoid chaotic environment in the city, I would reccommend this place because you would feel a part of nature (natural sound is so nice) and you can find a true calm of your soul. We were very surprised because we were only foreigner tourist in the hotel. Thank you innkeeper and staff for caring us. We always miss there when we come back to busy city!

PPetrCool and high-class ryokan hotel. Optimal location for exploring Nikko and surrounding attractions, excellent service, clean and cool onsen with a variety of creams, which can be bought right there in the souvenir shop. Great and varied dinner and breakfast, inexpensive drinks. We stayed for 2 days and 4 meals were different on the menu. It was nice to receive gift coupons for souvenirs and alcohol at the hotel. View of the mountain river right from the room. Girls can choose a yukata of the color they like for their stay in the ryokan. It's cool that for the entire stay in the ryokan you are assigned one maid who feeds you and sees you off and helps deliver your luggage - you feel like you are visiting friends. The staff is great - very attentive, but not intrusive. The downsides are the slightly tired room, but not lacking traditional chic, old curtains, cold light in the room (personally not very pleasant for me, I would advise the hotel to think about replacing the lamps with 3000 Kelvin). I highly recommend the ryokan, the guys are trying.

CcckentThe hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

TTsusieA premium hotel & hotspring in kinugagawa onsen, this hotel also is famous all over japan, because of superb hotspring creation made by a big rock, very new & romantic interior design especially in the lobby,w/ an luxurios chandelier, the outside view is amazing, the famous fureai bridge in kinugawa & river is in the front ,very nice autumn view outside, the room is big,but don't have a telephone & dresser, the food is superb but if you want to drink alcohol, you need to reserve from the front desk during check-in.Intagramable view inside & outside, but don't go here by walking with baggage because of the high stairs in fureai bridge, there's a shuttle bus but you need to pay 300yen.Overall,you can feel the scenic views even you don't go outside,Thanks always Trip.com for very nice booking, more power & God bless always

GGuest UserThe onsen hotel can easily be assessed by bus, just 5 minutes walk after getting off the bus, in fact they have car park too. It is very near to the ferry pier and the view was terrific, every room has a balcony with lake view. It was runned by the owner and her family members. An unique onsen hotel with quiet and peaceful enviornment where we can relax after a long day's journey. The owner and staff were very attentive and care for their guests. My friend was sick, the owner offered her medicine oil to rub her stomach and let her rest in the waiting area even after check-out. The food was so very delicious and it was one of the best onsen food I ever have so far. I would highly recommend to anyone who want to spend a night in Nikko. I will consider to stay in this onsen hotel again in future.
