Hot Springs Hotels in Jeju Province, South Korea

New big hotel. But lacking in hospitality. We felt the staff were there just to do the job. It is just big branded hotel and that is it. Feedback to the reception that the room smelt of smoke. Not sure if it is in the central aircon or just the room. The smell is disturbing especially in the middle of the night.

We had to change the room for three times due to facilities of misleading in a description of website and bug issue. However, they tried to provide their best cinfirtibg service to customers possible as much as they could. Once we changed tgectoon three times, they kept cleaning morning and late afternoon twice before we finally checked out the date.

Truly an awesome location for taking pictures and having the best view of Seongsan Ilchulbong! The giant swing is the main highlight that attracts the world to this location. Waking up to sunrise and Seaview is all that you could wish for. Added hot tub is another plus point but not during winter. We enjoyed the loft room very much, the range of hair care products are also nice to use. What could have been better would be to provide coffee cups in the room. This is my favorite hotel in Jeju Island. The room manager prepared very carefully. The hygiene and environment of the room are very good, and the concierge is very handsome! There are also some holiday activities. Although I didn't experience them this time, I recommend everyone to try!

The front desk staff were very kind, so I was able to stay comfortably and pleasantly! There weren't many people inside the hotel, so it was quiet and calm. The hot spring pool was also really nice! I also used the jacuzzi in the room very well! Above all, the ocean view was really prettyㅜㅜ

Dyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.

Staff are patient and helpful with my enquiries despite the language barrier. Location is also strategic as it is surrounded with bus stop that could bring you to many places of interest if travelling without vehicle. For food, it is also within walking distance from grilled pork to ox soup to bakery. The area is also quiet and peaceful with minimum human and vehicle traffic after 2100hrs. My favourite eating place is the bakery shop 'tours les jours' which offers fresh bread and nice coffee followed by the eateries in front of the bus terminal station (required some walking of about 10 to 15mins) which offers local food and price. Overall, I am very satisfied in my stay with Astar.

The room is big, comfortable and clean. The front desk has English service, and even those who are not good at English can understand it. The front desk helped us a lot. We lost our camera in the taxi, and the driver sent it back to the hotel and kept it for us. Thank you very much. We booked the hot spring until 11pm, and you can call the hotel for pick-up, which is about five minutes by car. The attitude was very good throughout the whole process. The swimming pool closed at 8pm. We came back late and didn't catch up, so we went to the hot spring. There are Korean and Western breakfasts. The pork belly is delicious. You can also make your own bibimbap and fried eggs. The overall feeling is very cost-effective. I will choose to stay here next time. I went out and Shaun the Sheep is really cute!

This is the accommodation where I stayed for 3 days. The room was spacious and standard, and there was a single and double bed, so I was comfortable with my child. The bathroom had hot water and there was a desk and a small table, so I was able to study, have a drink, and sleep comfortably. The view from the room window was the best sea view. There was a swimming pool on the 2nd floor, so it looked nice to be able to enjoy it warmly even in the middle of winter, but I regret not bringing a swimsuit. I really regret it and want to go again next time. The hotel price is good for the price-to-performance ratio, so I highly recommend it~

It was a trip with my mother, focusing on hot springs. It was a 2-night, 3-day trip, but due to heavy snowfall for two days, we were only in the hotel, but I have never been on a trip to Jeju where I could enjoy such beautiful snowy scenery indoors~ In a word, it was fantastic! There were two jacuzzis with gushing sulfur hot spring water, four beds, a TV in each room, a refrigerator filled with snacks, water, beer, and juice for the number of people every day, and a capsule coffee machine with luxurious amenities. I really liked it~ All the food I ordered through room service was delicious~ Breakfast was great, and the restaurant view and service were all the best~ In particular, when I checked out of the hotel, the hotel staff removed the snow from the car wheels and sprayed it, and when I went to the airport, they showed me a less snowy route. I am so grateful to them, and they were the pinnacle of Podo Hotel!! I will never forget Podo Hotel, which I want to visit again~♡
