We are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere.
The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone.
Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay.
Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly.
Provides in-room dinning menu from <Deck One> my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously.
My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran.
CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom.
CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc.
CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously.
We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?

Great hotel and good location right by the river. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and tidy and nicely furnished. Included breakfast has a great Thai ice tea
This is a fantastic place with amazing views, super friendly staff and great food quality.
We got a little unlucky with our room not having any view at all. But still the overall vibe made up for it.
The spa is spectacular as well. Highly recommended.
The location couldn’t have been more perfect , it was convenient, beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The team was so warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish being flavorful and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to the hostess, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. It was truly an exceptional experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!
With the help of the host from this glamping site, we rented a sedan from them to drive us from Chiang Mai airport to this location. It was very remote, and we are happy the host has such service. We are fully aware of the location, it is also the reason we came here to rest after 7 days of Bangkok trip.
We were also very surprised the cleanliness of the site, there is not mosquitos or any other small insects around the camp site, which we were well prepared for that but we are very happy with the environment without worrying this. They must have done a lot of control to come to this state. Thank you!
Service is very good, they have golf car to drive us to the restaurant where we can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinner they will offer pizza or mookata, guess everyone will order this.
We stayed at the Kissing star for 2 nights, first night we bought street food from MaeKampong for our dinner, second night we had Mookata, frankly speaking their food is not expensive too, we can hardly finish their whole set for 2 persons.
As for their facilities, I think the pictures are self explained. they have marshall soundbar, enabled Netflix, youtube etc, so that one can really rest in the room, listening to the nature and watching tv.
Their host can be communicated via whatsapp too, so just tell them anything you need, they will try to help. I love their hospitality even in such remote area but still trying to offer us the best!!!
The air conditioner is satisfying, the bed is soft, the water is strong, and the staff are good. Delicious breakfast, tea and coffee provided. This price is considered a great value.
Location is very good. Came back for the second time and recommended friends to stay as well.

The location is great because it is right next to Tapa! But it's a bit dangerous to cross the road ^^ ;; The hotel is clean but I don't know why it's a 4 star ㅎㅎㅎ If you don't expect it, it's worth staying, not soundproof ..... Breakfast should be applied in advance a day, and it comes out like a brunch menu, simple coffee juice fruit and good value for money! ㅎㅎㅎ
Perfect stay for a soak and rest!
First time in Japanese onsen hotel came for the reviews.
Very enjoyable stay: comfortable stay, bed was great although room size is abit small (worried about claustrophobic without windows but was fine). Shower was good too with amenities, obviously onsen is nice and abit more clean than I expected.
Loved the shower stations there with super pressure you could take a good shower.
Tv had 1-2 English channels so that’s appreciated.
Location on Wua Lai street was good for exploring the busier side across.
Staff were lovely and nice as well!
Recommend for a different experience that is good!
Came back for my last stay in Chiang Mai with a good bang
The biggest gain of this trip to Chiang Mai was to meet this homestay. I liked it for a few days at the beginning. Later, I came back from Bangkok and booked it for two days. I still felt very good. It is not the peak season of travel, the homestay is not full, very comfortable.
Facilities:
It belongs to the family service homestay. This Thai is very friendly and thoughtful. Compared with many standardized hotels, it looks warm and loving.
Health:
It is the biggest advantage of this homestay. When we went, we also encountered a windy hail day. Although many flowers in the yard collapsed, they were quickly cleaned up. The aisle was always fragrant. Walking around the whole building barefoot, the bottom of the footboard was clean.
Environment:
The murals are beautiful, the color matching is super beautiful, and the floor tiles are also beautiful.
Services:
Very warm, will prepare a map for us, there is a pick-up and drop-off service, Thais are really simple, and they have a few dogs, they are very obedient, casually.

AAisling CoblinA very relaxing vibe, the food is amazing, fresh, and delicious. The hot spring water piped to private hut is an amazing experience. We will be going back again many times, only an hour from our home. ❤️
