Sometimes, the best destinations are the hardest to reach, and wareerak hotel is a shining example of this. Limited transportation options, the road to the hotel may be challenging, but it builds anticipation. As you approach, the stunning natural surroundings. The cuisine is a highlight, with menus that celebrate local flavors and fresh ingredients. Its remote location ensures peace, quiet, and an authentic connection to nature!

Interesting hotel, convenient to stay, having transport. Convenient to go to Emerald pool and Hot steam waterfall. Picturesque territory, a little outdated, of course, but the cost of living is not so high. The rooms are not bad, the beds are comfortable. For lovers of hot springs, like us, a great place.

The location is remote. The amenities are good, the natural springs are very good and range from 38 to 43 degrees. Near the massage is actually an even hotter one. The massage was great, but do yourself a favour and skip the smoothies and cakes in the café. The breakfast wasn't great. But the staff was friendly, the rooms clean and the part that matters, the hot sorings, were great.

The hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

Great value for resort style accomodation. Excellent service and facilities at this price point. The one drawback however was the state of the mattresses - firm but really clapped out and sagging/worn which made for very uncomfortable sleep. Hotel really needs to replace these aged mattresses quite urgently. Otherwise all was good.

Hotel is clean, services were good - staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. Great stay for 7 days. Just that the buggy ride in and out of our room becomes a hassle after awhile but if you're only there for 3-4 days, it shouldnt really bother you too much. Overall had a great stay there!

The hotel is lovely and service was pretty good, but not perfect. We were a little annoyed we couldn’t check in early and several others had. The previous guests left early, so they could have accommodated and early check in, but didn’t. It’s not a hill to die on, but small things. Overall pool, restaurant and room were great. Bed was not as comfy as other places, but still good and very spacious room with lovely balcony and shower. The breakfast was great. Lots of options! I would recommend and stay again. It’s a bit far from ao nang beach, but we stayed knowing we wouldn’t be leaving as we had already done islands and beaches.

A Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

VVAMVAKARISGreat choice for a family! We spent a week in Amari vogue resort and we are so happy for our choice! The staff are so nice, helpful with everything we asked to make this experience as comfortable as possible! It’s a very quiet place built with Thai architecture very clean and our upgraded room was big and had all the necessary equipment to make us feel great. Breakfast has European and Asian dishes and every day they had different selections. Surprisingly, there’s a Starbucks store in it too! We had 4 times dinner at the Marcos beach restaurant and the food was really delicious. The resort helped us also to book a long tail boat to visit the islands across. Truly, it’s hard to find negative things in our stay. Maybe for some people they won’t feel comfortable with the lots of stairs but you get used to it fast. Near the resort there are no shops and you need to ask the reception to book a car to bring you to AoNang, the closest town that has all the necessary stuff, markets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. It’s about 20’ minutes away. There’s a choice to rent a motorbike as well.

DDiWe loved our stay, the rooms are clean and at one step from the beach which is huge and extremely beautiful. The breakfast is served straight on your balcony and rooms with sea view have a jacuzzi with big window in front of the sea. It’s possible to use the swimming pool from Miami hotel just 300mt on the left and around is full of nice restaurants and little bars. It’s a paradise, especially coming from the busy and touristic Phi Phi. The front desk can book diving and boat trips for you and there’s boat-taxi-scooter booking with competitive prices. It was an amazing experience, the staff is great and extremely helpful and polite.
