Hot Springs Hotels in Krabi Province, Thailand

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired. When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking. Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort and we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised by the view of limestone, pool and Ao Nang Beach. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. The dining staff were attentive and made sure everything was replenished and tidy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and shops. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly practices that made us feel good about our stay. Overall, we highly recommend the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

Breakfasts are excellent. Prices in the restaurant and spa are reasonable. Hot springs and the hotel grounds are well-kept and very beautiful. The staff is friendly, but the room was not cleaned very well. Keep in mind that the hotel is remote from civilization, and it will be difficult to get there. I liked the vacation there, I recommend it.

We love this hotel and whenever we have the opportunity, we come to soak in the hot baths, there is always a great atmosphere here, it is nice that they remember us and wait for us.

The location is remote. The amenities are good, the natural springs are very good and range from 38 to 43 degrees. Near the massage is actually an even hotter one. The massage was great, but do yourself a favour and skip the smoothies and cakes in the café. The breakfast wasn't great. But the staff was friendly, the rooms clean and the part that matters, the hot sorings, were great.

Everything was lovely food, facilities and hotel design. It is close to the walking street, Blue mountain night market, 7 eleven, money changers, laundry services and bus stop, all within walking distance. The best part was the service by the friendly staffs, they can make the day brighter with their smiles and warm greetings. I will definitely come back to Hotel Adam when I visit Krabi next time.

Hotel is very well located along Ao Nang beach. Sunset from hotel beach bar was amazing. Prices at the hotel were not too expensive. Close restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel room was spacious and veery clean. Breakfast was good and with good options. Kids club had some good activities (additional fees applies) The only downside was that our room faced a small creek that smelled sewage. So we had to keep the balcony door closed and could not used the private pool.

Breakfast- smaller selection than usual five stars but it was high quality.  Activities- so much to do if you’re into fitness! Hyrox, Spartan, HITT, Muay Thai, rock climbing (some have surcharges- need to Check) Service- I found this lacking in terms of front desk service and phone as everything you are asked to dial 0. Maybe it’s the language barrier. Ten step onsen- only available 2 timings/day 11am and 5pm so you really have to plan your time around it which was annoying so we did not end up doing  Late check out- not available! Allowed to use facilities, only open shower available and change at the spa.  Beach club- free use of bean bags for hotel guest. But usage of pool is chargeable with minimum spend (depending where you choose to sit it’s a different price) free activities for hotel guest- kayak, paddle board, padel )  Pool- take note pool not allowed for kids below 12. I found the hotel very stingy with towels. Also lack service. Nobody comes to you to offer menu and ask what you’d like, I had to look high and low for attention.  As you walk out from Varana. there are some restaurant options (6-8 restaurants) very affordable.  Overall, we had a good time but lacked the magic somehow.

Got a really lovely villa with it's own plunge pool at a really cheap price. Hugely attentive staff and a helpful travel desk for onward transport. Breakfast was nice enough if a little limited. Lots of great restaurants/bars nearby to checkout (I recommend 'Where else'). Hope to be back here in the future. Thanks!

Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless. Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids. Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront. Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!
