Excellent 5* resort, UAI has all the varieties of a la carte restaurants, premium alcohol of any kind. Service is top notch everywhere, rooms are nice and clean! The territory is huge and well maintained, plenty of places to walk around and the beach area is also very nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Perhaps this is the best hotel I've ever been to. Everything is impeccable: beautiful well-groomed territory, perfect cleanliness, incredibly tasty food! Dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so varied that you won’t be able to try everything)) Vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses are displayed with designer decoration. I am delighted! Service at the highest level. Special thanks for a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit in the room on my birthday, as well as for a cake with candles in the a la carte restaurant on that day. It was a pleasure!

I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews. I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my advertisement many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏 Definitely recommend😍😍😍

My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. Amazing holiday I have even had! Free flow alcohol and food from 7am till 2am in the morning….food is absolutely delicious!! We don’t feel crowded at the resort even though the hotel is full of guests. Staff are very friendly and warm that make you feel home and don’t want to leave the hotel. Hotel has lots of activities and shows every day and night, believe me….you don’t get bored if you decide to stay in the hotel and not go anywhere! Love this hotel and we are planning to coming back soon!! Well done 👍🏼

Rixos is not the same anymore... it needs to be renamed to Rixos Economy Tekirova. Last year we were disappointed in Rixos Sungate, this year we decided to treat ourselves to Tekirova, but all that was left of Rixos was the name and the inflated price. Savings at every stage, people go to Rixos out of habit (like us), there are a lot of people, and there is a catastrophic lack of staff. Of the evening entertainment, there is a disco inside the children's club and live music in the lobby, to be honest, in the evening it is frankly boring in the hotel. The heated outdoor pool is just for show, a small part is heated. It is unrealistic to wait for drinks in the restaurant, they should have made points where you can pour yourself, it is easier to go yourself. We bought a room with a sea view, we were given a free ”upgrade” to the room. A room in the far building with access to the pool (without heating), next to the playground, where you can only dream of silence) We refused such an ”upgrade”, because It was clear that there simply weren't any rooms of our class available. We came to the reception, and that's it, they checked us in only at 15. They gave us a side view of the sea instead of a direct one. The staff pretended to be as worried and understanding as possible, but they didn't change the room. Closer to check-out, they offered us another room, they wrote about it at 16:00, that they were cleaning it now, and in the end they ”cleaned” it until 22:00. We liked the room, but since the child was already asleep, they asked us to move the next morning, they refused, saying there weren't enough rooms. On the topic of rooms, there was a great building with standard rooms, but they remodeled it. This time we stayed in a ”deluxe” room, it's not clear by what criteria such a loud name was given, an ordinary small room, tiles on the floor instead of carpet, a bathroom with doors, you can't go to the toilet in peace, I think this is important for many. We came to the rope town, it's not working. It turns out that the wrong time was sent to WhatsApp. Rope town, climbing wall works for 1 hour a day around lunchtime. And for slightly older children, this is roughly one of the entertainments, Rixos kids is still for the little ones. In general, a strong disappointment from Rixos, not comparable to what it was before 2022, it is clear that they are trying to save on everything they can. What is left of the premium: these are expensive bottles of cosmetics and food, there was caviar once, red fish once, and otherwise it is an ordinary normal five, but not for that kind of money. After that we left for a hotel of a lower class, while the quality of rest was higher. Of course, Rixos is a very advantageous place, beautiful nature, well-groomed territory, but the hotel has changed its concept for the worse, they are just trying to make money on the former name. Thank you for the past trips, they remained in our memory for life, but a new time has come and it's time to look for new hotels)

Отель новый, красивый, инстаграмный Находится в отличном месте. Красивые большие бассейны. Разнообразная еда, можно поесть почти в любое время. Ужины в разных тематиках разных кухонь мира. Хорошо обустроенный стильный пляж. Из минусов рядом находится шумный отель у которого клубная зона прям перед окнами. В первый день когда мы приехали там была музыка до 1.30 ночи. Мы не выспались ночь до этого из-за перелета и хотелось пораньше лечь спать. Но уснуть не удавалось, музыка играла очень громко. На просьбу переселить в более тихий номер на ресепшене сказали что отель забит полностью, продано больше номеров чем есть и переселить не могут. На следующий день на ресепшене тоже сказали что переселить не могут - все занято. Кроме того ни один бассейн не подогревается, хотя по прогнозу обещали ближайшие дни 19 градусов. Шоу в отеле интересные, есть большой экран и огромные колонки. Но басы в них играют очень громко, как в клубе. Моя жена беременна ей вредно находиться в таком шумном месте и купаться в не подогреваемых бассейнах и мы попросили, выселиться из отеля пораньше на несколько дней пораньше. Чтобы переехать в более тихий отель и с подогреваемыми бассейнами. На ресепшене сказали что с этими вопросами обращаться в трип ком. Я написал туда, сервис сразу же включился в решение вопроса. Но отель им не отвечал 2 суток. По прошествии которых отель сообщил в сервис что отказывает в запросе. К трип.кому вопросов нет, они все время были на связи и дали от себя компенсацию. Но к отелю в этом плане большие вопросы. Только на 4ый день проживания нам предложили альтернативный вариант номера, но он оказался с видом на водную горку, хотя мы изначально оплачивали более дорогой с видом на море, который оказался очень шумный. Компенсировать разницу в номерах отель так же отказался.

Очень понравился отель Megasaray Club Belek. Обслуживание на высшем уровне везде - на ресепшн, в ресторанах и кафе, уборка. Отличная локация и состояние объектов отеля. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.

The staff is attentive, smiling and satisfaction-oriented, I would like to thank the entire team who constantly serve the guests and make an effort to have a nice holiday. The drinks, meals and desserts are great. The rooms are clean, spacious and airy. Animation, live music shows are enjoyable. The disco is great. The beach, sand and sea are very enjoyable, there is a large pier alternative. It is a very large hotel complex and despite hosting that many guests, there is no inadequacy or crowding. We have accumulated many beautiful memories to come again.
