"The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly. They took time to greet us and learn our children’s names, which was very kind. The staff did a great job and showed care during the earthquake and we felt safe as they did a thorough inspection of the property. The breakfast was great and offered a good variety of food. As wonderful as the staff was, we were disappointed with the beach. It is quite small and very rocky. We wish we would’ve known this before booking as we have small children who were looking forward to soft sand and swimming. One of our children got cut the first day due to the rocks. Had we been aware we would’ve prepared better or booked elsewhere. The pictures on the hotel site are a bit misleading. We tried to cancel our booking halfway through so we could travel to a softer beach down south, but the hotel rejected our request. We enjoyed the pools and found them very nice, however not being able to jump in is a bit unfortunate. Our young children wanted to jump and were told they couldn’t. The hotel just didn’t seem very kid friendly when it came to the amenities."

"The staff was accommodating, however, when we checked-in they already informed us that cable has its maintenance, when we asked for additional pillows it’s not available as well 😔 only the family enjoyed was our breakfast meal 😊 especially the bacon it’s crispy and not salty the rest of the food was fine and delicious. Thank you!"

"We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were very accommodating especially that my mother suffered from a minor stomach ache on our first night. The staffs were very attentive to our needs. Thank you and we will be surely back. Plus the location of the hotel is very accessible and peaceful."

"Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room."

"Our 3rd stay here. We were very happy with the price and the quality of the room. Although it is starting to show its age we had a nice and relaxing stay in a cozy yet spacious room. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the shops, however Tamiya with its shopping centre is just down the road. Nice pool. Gym a bit old and in need of an update."

"Good Hotel nearby malls and short drive to it park. Only improvement points I see: - the way the WiFi connectivity system is very poor for 2025. so you have to reconnect often to the WiFi manually. - the shower had no real door Sontheim bathroom was partially flooded after having a shower. And it’s super slippery then"

"Nice stay, room was clean though they are strict with check in time we were there 12 PM early check in is not possible so we wait and then try again and asked at 2:55 PM, the lady at the front desk is not that friendly and told us the room is still not ready and will call us once ready. 3:10 PM still no update so I asked again another front desk personnel, this time it was a guy who gave me the key card. The room was ready all along but no initiative from them to update us."
