"The location is absolutely superb! It's literally right outside Exit 1 of Metro Line 3. The Songhua River Cableway station is just across the street, and the riverside is a mere 2-3 minute stroll away. Central Street and the Flood Control Memorial Tower are both within a 5-minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs and an eye mask. Breakfast was a bit pricey; although there was a wide variety, the taste was nothing special. One minor detail: the hallway door partially blocks the guest elevator."

"The hotel we booked this time is a century-old building near Harbin Station, making it very convenient for commuting by subway. This two-story building, once the hotel of the Middle East Railway Bureau, may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's truly remarkable. The interior features classic Russian architecture, with antique revolving doors and a spacious staircase, solid wood wall panels in the hallways and rooms, a high vaulted ceiling in the restaurant, and an old fireplace in the lobby—everything reflects its former glory. I absolutely loved it! The service was warm and attentive, the room was well-equipped, and the breakfast was a set meal. It was clean, simple, and adequate, and it was a great value for money."

"The location was good. It was kind of middle of all attractions which takes 10-20minutes taxi commuting to Ice world, Cable car, Zhonyang Pedestrian Street. We visited Harbin during the Ice and Snow Festival, the weather was around -20/-25 celcius degree. And room was extremely hot with the floor heating, which was really good to keep yourself warm. Also floor heating helped us to dry some of our boots and pants 😂 It is recommended for sure."

"Booked 1 night stay for our driver. It was a basement unit without windows, while i booked via my tour agent was the bigger room. Experience was good, reception very welcoming and helpful.  Always smiling. Place was clean, both cleaner aunty was very detailed in their housekeeping.  Location very near and walking distance to Daoli Market, Central Market and Sophia Cathedral. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends * this hotel come with AI control, and BEST was its with Aircon!"

"For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! "As a frequent business traveler, this is hands down the best service hotel I've come across in all the cities I've visited. While it might not be a sprawling luxury 5-star property, the attentiveness of their service is truly unparalleled by other professional hotels. The staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate even the smallest requests. During our trip to Harbin, right after checking in, we were even given a Madier popsicle! Plus, the location is fantastic – Central Street is just a short walk away. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any colleagues or friends visiting Harbin in the future."

"This hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated century-old building that used to be a futures exchange. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was also generous and varied, offering items like boiled shrimp, local red sausage, eggs, and coffee. Its prime location on the pedestrian street makes it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Harbin – you'll have a wonderfully comfortable stay!"

"My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!"

"On my first visit to Harbin, this hotel, which I discovered by chance, was an absolute delight. It boasts an incredibly convenient location for tourists, offers nearly all-day afternoon tea, and a meticulously prepared breakfast featuring both à la carte and buffet options. The service truly rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree. What particularly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of neatly tying up phone cables after room cleaning – a small detail I had only ever seen before at the Regent Chongqing. We booked a garden room with a private courtyard, and the small patio at the entrance was absolutely charming. The public courtyard is also ideal for outdoor tea and relaxation. Furthermore, the customer service manager and all staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were extremely knowledgeable about Harbin's dining scene and were able to recommend the most unique and authentic restaurants to guests. They even thoughtfully prepared a small farewell gift upon our departure. This is truly a fantastic hotel, worth revisiting two or even three times! I've already recommended it to many friends."

"The hotel is brand new and boasts an excellent location. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside, and it's also very close to the subway station. The rooms are fully smart-enabled, with everything controllable via a Tmall Genie smart speaker. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. As I was traveling with a child, they kindly upgraded our room to one with a river view and even provided a welcome gift. This attention to detail greatly enhanced our check-in experience. Housekeeping on the 4th floor was immaculate. The overall service was fantastic; one evening, a staff member thoughtfully reminded me to wear a jacket as it was cold outside. Such proactive service truly warmed my heart. Additionally, around 2 PM, the hotel lobby offered a complimentary tea break. Overall, our trip to Harbin with the child was made truly memorable by this exceptional hotel experience!"
