"The boss is nice and very enthusiastic. But the sanitation is not good, the outside of the suite is the main road, there is the sound of motorcycles from morning to night, and there is nothing to eat nearby. Changed the room halfway and left"
"We stayed at the hotel for one night, looking for something closer to the airport, but with fresh renovation
What we didn't really like:
- although the hotel is not old, but for example the walls in the room and corridors need updating
- the mattress is all lumpy, it is uncomfortable to sleep"

"We booked a room at Tropical House and were very disappointed when we arrived. The room was very different in condition from the one we looked at in the photographs at the time of booking. The furniture in the room was old, broken, the bed linen was stale, the towels had holes. We immediately went to the reception to cancel our reservation, but they refused to do so. They gave us the phone number of the hotel owner and told us to resolve the issue with her. But she also refused to give us a refund and asked us to stay in the room, and the next day she promised to put us in a better room. The next day the room was indeed a little better, but there was still an unpleasant aftertaste from the way the guests were treated. In addition, the room was not cheap - we paid about 20 dollars per night.
We hope that in the future Tropical House will not provide guests with rooms with broken furniture or towels with holes.
I would like to note that trip.com was very sympathetic to us and compensated us for part of the unpleasant experience with coins, for which we are very grateful to them!"
"The service was great: the porters were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew served with a smile. The location was prime, in the middle of all the action. Hotel was clean and the room service and daily cleaning was excellent. Only thing is the shower and tap lacked pressure and toilet was difficult to flush. There is a nice cat cafe nearby"

"The City View Hotel Saigon is a decent option for travelers who prioritize location over luxury. The hotel's central location earned it a perfect score for location, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. However, the service and amenities were lacking, with a 3/5 rating for both categories. While the staff were friendly enough, they were not particularly attentive or helpful beyond the basics. The cleaning was also average, with some minor areas for improvement. The amenities were limited, with no standout features or extras to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the City View Hotel Saigon is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who want a convenient location, but don't expect top-notch service or amenities."
Hotel near Tan Son Nhat Airport Area,Ho Chi Minh City
"We used it as a base for transit sightseeing.
As the name suggests, it's relatively close to the airport, but it's not far enough to walk with large luggage and the pedestrian path to the airport isn't well-developed, so I think I'll have to take a taxi. think. It seems like you can arrange a taxi at the front desk, but when I used it, it was cheaper to use the ride-hailing app Grab.
The room was larger and cleaner than I expected, and I was able to watch Japanese broadcasts on the TV. The toilets and bathrooms are made of frosted glass so that their silhouettes can be seen from the living space, so you may need to consider privacy when using the room with a group of the same sex.
There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I don't think you will have any trouble finding food."
"The room is very nice and clean, very classy, and chill. Reasonable price, convenient location near the markets and entertainment areas of District 1, cheap price, free use of services such as laundry, detergent, fabric softener, branded, not the cheap ones that most other hotels often use for cheap. The shampoo and shower gel are good branded ones."

"To be honest, this hotel is pretty good, the facilities are good, the soundproofing is also very good, the room is a bit small, and the socket is not good, the German standard conversion plug cannot be inserted. . . There are also few sockets, so you must turn off the refrigerator if you want to use the computer. Very troublesome. But overall it is still very good, the front desk is also very polite, although not Chinese, but English is okay😁"

NN5XHotel is convenient located next to Ben Thanh market and next to the metro. Breakfast provided has a great variety and spread. Tasted delicious as well. Service levels at this hotel is impeccable. All staffs are friendly and make you feel at home away from your own home.

WWalter RichardFantastic location, very good staff, clean rooms. Rooms a bit small (but fine). Only real complaint is that the lighting in the hallway inside the room (where safe and closets are) is very dim. Otherwise, very good.
Breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in SE Asia at similarly priced hotels. Rooftop bar is great view, but I’d skip it otherwise since food is sub par and drinks are very expensive. Better options across the street.
Overall, great value for the money. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our next visit.

AAnonymous UserI recently completed a three-night stay at M Hotel Saigon, and while my overall experience was satisfactory, I am deeply disappointed with how a particular situation was handled during my stay. I feel it is necessary to bring this to your attention to ensure that future incidents of a similar nature are managed more professionally.
During my stay, I received a call from the hotel receptionist, informing me that a complaint had been made against me for making excessive noise at night and disturbing other guests. This accusation was both untrue and extremely embarrassing. I want to state clearly that I did not make any noise during the night. My partner and I were asleep, and the only possible sounds from my room were regular movements such as walking to the restroom or flushing the toilet—none of which could be considered excessive or disruptive.
I have stayed at both M City Hotel and M Hotel Saigon multiple times this year, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such an issue. I expect the hotel to handle such complaints with greater care and discretion. Instead, I was put in a very uncomfortable situation where I was asked directly whether I had made noise or not, as if I had to defend myself against an unsubstantiated claim.
Even after this incident, I decided to file a complaint with the hotel booking platform regarding the way this was handled. Shortly after that, when I returned to the hotel at night, one of your staff members approached me in the lobby and apologized. While I appreciate the apology, I still feel the need to bring this matter directly to the hotel’s attention because it highlights a significant issue in how guest complaints are handled.
I believe that in situations like this, the hotel should conduct proper verification rather than immediately confronting a guest based solely on a complaint from another party. Making a judgment without any form of investigation not only creates an unfair experience for the accused guest but also diminishes the professionalism of the hotel’s service.
I urge your management to review how such complaints are handled in the future. A better approach would be to verify the claim before reaching out to the guest, perhaps by checking security footage or monitoring noise levels before assuming wrongdoing. This would ensure a more fair and respectful experience for all guests.
Furthermore, I initially sent an email regarding this issue but have received no response. The lack of acknowledgment only adds to my disappointment. Since my concerns have been ignored, I have no choice but to express them publicly through this review. I sincerely hope your management will take this matter seriously and improve your complaint-handling process to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

JJacksonEverything went really well. The area is modern, with a shopping mall and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts were always availble and any issues were solved quickly. Someone came by every day and offered free cleaning. We gave our fingerprints and got access to the pool and gym. The apartment itself was modern and cozy.

RRay_ChanThe hotel position is city center. It is near to shopping mall. Amost you can get what you buy. The condo hotel environment is nice. The room inside is clean and tidy. What is the key is that the price is reasonable. What you get is what you pay for. Strongly recommend.

RRamir M.Saigon Prince Hotel’s location is the best! The hotel is right infront of Saigon Square and is very close in proximity to the Cafe Apartment. Although, it can be a bit noisy, especially if your room is located facing Saigon Square, due to events that may happen in the Saigon Square, the program usually ends at 10 in the evening which is acceptable for me and my family.

CCheong EileenWe stayed at Au Lac Charner(district 1) previously. Compared to that, Au Lac Legend is older with fewer amenities, and the room is smaller. The pool is so much smaller it's like a jacuzzi. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the street can be the downside. It's a good location, easy access to Post Office, book street, etc.

GGuest UserLocation was great and rather centralized. It's right at the corner of the happening night life street. Music were loud but manageable in the room.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. There's a massage place at the entrance of the hotel which is very convenient if you need one.
Just 1 downside is that the sink has some pipe issues whereby it will leak but issue wasn't that big to complain about.
Overall would recommend the place to stay.
