Everything could be better. This facility should be closed during the winter, heating was terrible and automatically switched off when leaving the place. We had to pay extra for use of the air-conditioning! This is outrageous because this was the only way to warm up the place. We asked beforehand if we could check-in after office hours but after we found the key and got there we could not even shower because there were no towels which we had to get at the reception the next day after again paying for this as extra! Before our stay we had to pay a deposit of 150 euros and after we left we only received a part of our deposit back because they deducted another 35 euros for so called additional cleaning because they said we did not leave the place clean enough although we had already prepaid for cleaning too! I had to send 5 emails before I finally received an answer to my request to elaborate on the charges and after receipt of the answer it was very clear that they charge all kind of extras not included and hide the way they charge for this, outrageous! We are very experienced travelers and stayed at hundreds of places around the world but advice anyone to spare themselves the experience we had at this place.

Scelto perché la posizione è comoda, a metà strada per molte destinazioni se si viaggia in macchina. Bungalow molto carino con giardinetto, posto macchina. Arredamento nuovo, con il necessario: bollitore macchina caffè lavastoviglie . Bella l’idea della bag con zucchero caffè detersivo Sacchi pattume… Non ho potuto dare di più perché il letto a castello nn aveva la sponda, la temperatura nel bungalow era molto alta 29-32 gradi (con riscaldamento spento). Inoltre alle finestre nn ci sono le zanzariere ed essendo in mezzo al verde entrano tantissimi animali (zanzare farfalle mosche ragni cavallette)

We hadden een heerlijk huisje met jacuzzi en sauna. Echter tegenover het mooie huisje staan aftandse caravans en huisjes. De eerste dag zaten we al 2x met stroomuitval. Er zouden flexibele aankomst en vertrekdagen zijn maar rond de feestdagen mag dat niet, staat niet geadverteert. Ze verhuren wel een dag extra voor grof geld. Nauwelijks faciliteiten op het park. In de omgeving op een gezellig tapasrestaurant niets te doen.

We zouden hier niets plaatsen, maar de tegemoetkoming na contact voor de verschrikkelijke 10 dagen is om te janken €50. Ik moet vele mensen gelijk geven hoe vuil en onveilig het daar wel was! Vele malen zonder stroom. Ik had jammer genoeg deze revieuws niet gelezen anders waren we wel ergens anders heen gegaan. De eerste keer met Topparks, maar NOOIT meer. Het was een dikke tegenvaller en dat voor ons beiden 70 ste verjaardag. Het personeel is niets over te zeggen die doen hun uiterste best. Meer kunnen ze jammer genoeg niet doen! Géén enkele nacht rust gekregen naast ons zaten ...je weet wel die komen en gaan hier werken enz... die hielden met niets rekening ook al waren ze gewaarschuwd. We zijn vroeger naar huis gegaan. Het was echt een koude douche, nooit meegemaakt en we gaan naar vele huisjes op een jaar maar dit pfffffffffffff.

Eigenlijk helemaal eens met Sophietje. Hierbij wil ik nog toevoegen dat ons huisje 38 helemaal niet schoon was. Zowel binnen als buiten helemaal overgenomen door familie Spin. Wij hadden het idee dat wij als eerste in dit huisje zaten dit zomerseizoen. En dat de laatste bezoeker in de herfst de deur achter zich dicht heeft gedaan. Ik heb als eerste binnenshuis minimaal 20 spinnen moeten verwijderen en vervolgens in de week zelf ook nog tientallen. Daarnaast was de badkamer niet schoon en zat de urine nog onder de bril. Verder is de omgeving prachtig en heb je veel uitvalshoeken. Maar onze voorkeur gaat naar de andere Topparken, zoals op de Veluwe.
