房間不大但夠用，就説説不滿意的地方吧: 1.入住期間每間房給免費補充零食和飲料，在管家和打掃人員都給了小費的前提下，入住第二天竟然沒給補零食。管家幫忙協調後，酒店居然一口咬定説已經補過，彷彿是我不誠信一樣。東西雖小，但原則問題決不讓步，繼續通過管家交涉，最後終於補齊了原本該有的小零食。 2.一般人可能都是先沙後水吧，沙屋裡每人有雙人字拖，但到水屋就沒有了。這點從沒人提醒，我以為換到水屋會有新的，就沒帶過去，幸好我帶了自己的人字拖。 3.我不是第一次來馬代，但卻是第一次在馬代見到大蟑螂。就在水屋旁的餐廳，一衹生猛的小強在餐墊的縫隙裏快速遊走，把毫無思想準備的我嚇得大叫。餐廳的服務員視若無睹，直到我自己換了張桌子後很久，才過來一個貌似是負責人的對我説了下抱歉。而且有的餐墊有點粘，不知多久會做一次清潔。 4.有天水屋清早打開龍頭全是黑褐色的液體，半天緩過神來我才想起來趕緊拍個照留念。

7家餐廳衹允許進2個餐廳吃飯，其他客人全部餐廳都可以進，我們不可以，説好的SPA按摩，結果衹是測試.

First time in Maldives and we definitely hit the jackpot! We traveled for couple of weeks in September-October with a 4 years old child. The island itself is of a good size and fits various different restaurants on shore and on the water, activity centers and even areas to play Badminton, Tennis, Squash, Ping Pong and Pool. The gym had the latest equipment and the kids club was nicely decorated and spacious. I believe we were offered with the best villa located on the left side from the reception - the beach was smooth, clean and that's where the coral reef was. So our daily activity always included snorkeling. The masks are offered for free from the hotel, but we brought our own. All of our stay we were guided by the nicest butler we've met - Ilmira, who took care of everything we asked for quickly and in the best way possible. Not only her response time to messages was minimal, she did a great job organizing a birthday celebration, all of our excursions and bookings for restaurants, spa and play courts. I believe not only the hotel but Ilmira made our trip beyond our expectations. We visited all of the restaurants except one where the age limit was 18+ and Ralu stood out to us the most. The chef of Ralu and her team honestly surprised us as the food was truly tasty everytime we went there. Child menu also at every restaurant but we've also asked for some dishes separately which were done very quickly. Another thing which we loved was the nature all around us. Colorful parrot fish, bats, herons, sharks (not dangerous), crabs, dolphins... were truly great for the exception of one black bird which we called the rooster as she woke us up several times early in the morning by continuous loud cry. We've enjoyed the spa (Balinese massage) and the jet skis although I found it to be pricey ($170 for 15 mins). Unfortunately the hotel isn't completely equipped for a child of 4 years old + as there were no child toilet seats available (we brought our own by chance), step stools for the sink in any of the restaurants (we've received a handmade one to the room) and no child bicycles to ride around the island with the parents. Also I didn't quite understand the necessity of a window between a shower and a toilet room and the toilet room not having any locks but that is a minor detail. Overall it's definitely a hotel / an island to come back to. Even though it seems like we've tried everything, the sunset and dolphins excursions, played tennis and badminton, visited all the available restaurants and even the island's museum, I see myself coming back here.

From the moment we arrived, everything at Heritance Aarah exceeded our expectations. The island is breathtaking, the service impeccable, and every detail reflects genuine hospitality. We were especially fortunate to have Satyam as our butler — his kindness, attention to detail, and warm personality made our stay truly memorable. He anticipated our needs before we even asked and made us feel at home in paradise. The entire team is outstanding, but Satyam deserves special recognition for his dedication and genuine care. Herritance Aarah is truly a magically beautiful place. We stayed in a water villa where we snorkeled with turtles and reef sharks right off our terrace. Our wonderful butler, Kunal, has taken such good care of us with his warm and professional manner. He has been there for us from early morning until late at night, handling all our bookings, driving us everywhere, and making sure our stay was perfect. You are the best Kunal We played padel and went to the well-equipped gym every day. The food and drinks at the restaurants were excellent, and the people were incredibly friendly and serviceminded. Thank you, Herritance Aarah and Kunal for a delightful week. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely Exceptional Stay – Beyond Our Expectations We spent one week at Heritance Aarah and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay. The resort is truly world-class – beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and offering the best service we have ever experienced anywhere. A very special thanks goes to Abhilash, our butler, who was always available, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and unforgettable. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. One of the highlights of our trip was the Japanese dinner prepared by Chef Ibrahimovic, which was outstanding – both in taste and presentation. Every dish was an experience in itself. We also want to mention the Kaito Dive Center. The team, led by Toddy, was extremely professional, well-organized, and made every dive a memorable adventure. Their enthusiasm for the underwater world was contagious and made us appreciate the ocean even more. From start to finish, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We can’t recommend Heritance Aarah highly enough – it’s an unforgettable paradise
