We had a great time here and lots of snow too up the mountains! Staff was friendly and warm, especially Antonio and Rodolfo from the restaurant, who were very helpful and patient with the kids. Raffaele, the host of the wellness/SPA area, also very professional and friendly. Overall, great location (only a few hundred meters away form the main attractions/shops) and good price/quality ratio.

My brother and I had a wonderful one night stay here and we would happily go again and stay for longer in this beautiful area. We booked an extra room on the day we were arriving, and thankfully there was a room free. The staff were really lovely and welcoming- all were professional and friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and comfortable- very clean and we had a wonderful peaceful sleep. The breakfast was excellent- maybe some eggs would have been nice but otherwise there was plenty of choice. The young man serving breakfast was just great- very smiley and friendly- we appreciated that- everyone made us feel welcome. This is a great hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in famiglia 5 persone e il nostro cane per festeggiare i 70 anni di mio suocero. Accoglienza meravigliosa con anche un dono per la nostra canina gigante! Antonio ed Antonio persone meravigliose attentissime alla cura del cliente, mai invadenti, sempre con il sorriso e la professionalità. Camere pulitissime e grandi con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Ma lo sorpresa e stata ricevere una torta (non prevista) dopo cena fatta dalle sapienti mani di Antonio per festeggiare mio suocero! Una carineria mai vista in nessun altro hotel. Grazie ancora di cuore per averci fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Viaggio prenotato dall'8 al 15 luglio 2025. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia compagna e il nostro bambino e il nostro amico a quattro zampe. Struttura comoda, spazi ampi camera e bagno ristrutturato. Soggiorno piacevole. Punti di forza la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, a partire dalla reception, alla sala, spa e addette alle pulizie. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Purtroppo per problemi personali abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza, e tutti sono venuti a salutarci. Grazie veramente ancora, spero nuovamente di soggiornare ancora in questa struttura.

Albergo signorile che porta ancora, grazie a un sapiente restauro, l'impronta di eleganza del vecchio, storico albergo da cui deriva. L'albergo è ben gestito. Il personale dimostra una professionalità nel campo turistico e uno spirito di accoglienza che dovrebbero essere di esempio a molte strutture e attività abetonesi , che purtroppo non "brillano" per senso di accoglienza nei confronti dei turisti. Buono il ristorante, anche questo molto ben gestito da Antonio, il maitre, e Antonio che serve ai tavoli. Un grazie di cuore a tutti e due per le premure che hanno avuto nei miei confronti. Un consiglio. Se è estate, al momento della prenotazione, chiedete una stanza con affaccio sul retro, anzi sul bosco perché più silenziosa.

Struttura ricettiva ben organizzata, camera accogliente, posto moto all'aperto (a pagamento). Ottima accoglienza, all'arrivo e durante la colazione. Intorno alla struttura quel poco che c'è per cenare fuori chiude molto presto. A ogni modo il panorama e l'aria fresca del bosco aiuta a star bene mente e corpo. Hotel consigliato

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 5 notti presso questa bella e accogliente struttura. Personale qualificato,disponibile e gentile in tutto. Struttura che offre una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole sciare vista la breve distanza con la seggiovia. In oltre ottimi i servizi come la Spa, lo sconto per il noleggio dell’attrezzatura per sciare e il parcheggio esterno. Colazione molto ben fornita e cena con buoni primi e secondi piatti. Consigliato!!!
