حجزت عندهم وقبل الحجر طلبت منهم غرفة بسرير كبير بحكم ان اقدر اطلب هذا الطلب بحجزي وتواصلت معهم قبل الوصول وقالوا انه تم اختيار الغرفة المرادة وللاسف يوم وصلت لقيتهم مختارين الغرفة الي ما ابيها ويتعذرون ان لايوجد غرفة متاحة مع العلم انهم قالوا لي مسبقاً انه تم اختيار نوع الغرفة الي طلبتها، واتوقع ان السبب يعود للموظف الي يشتغل فترة المساء لان حتى اليوم الثاني حصل موقف وطلبت منه تفعيل بطاقة الدخول للغرفة واخذها مني وعطاني اياها وقال تفعلت واروح للغرفة واتفاجأ انها مازالت متعطله مع العلم الفندق كبير والمسافة بين بعض الغرف والرسبشن طويله قلت ممكن مشخصنها معي بدون سبب. العاملين بشكل عام باستثناء موظف فترة المساء طيبين وخصوصاً السعودي الي يشتغل فترة الصباح الله يجزاه خير
I booked with this hotel and, before arrival, I specifically requested a room with a large bed since this option was available in my reservation preferences. I also contacted them before check-in, and they confirmed that the requested room type had been selected for me. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out they had assigned me a different room type that I did not want, and they apologized saying no other rooms were available ،even though they had already confirmed my requested room beforehand.
I believe the issue may be related to the evening shift employee. Another incident happened the next day when I asked him to reactivate my room key card. He took the card, handed it back, and told me it was working again, but after walking all the way back to my room, I discovered it was still deactivated. Considering the hotel is quite large and the distance between some rooms and the reception is long, it honestly felt personal for no reason.
Overall, the staff were kind except for the evening shift employee. Special thanks to the Saudi employee working the morning shift ،he was very respectful and helpful, and I truly appreciate his professionalism.
