Отель классный , пляж и море волшебные !
Очень вкусные завтраки - и по меню, и шведский стол. Питание брали полупансион, если были в отеле , заказывали детям на обед барное меню , оплачивали все сразу на месте . Депозит при заселении не брали .
Наверное единственный минус отеля - мало зелени у бассейна, которая давала бы тень на воду. Если хочется поплавать , то под палящим солнцем.

В отеле все понравилось. Очень доброжелательный персонал, готовый решить любую твою проблему, если она возникла. Большой чистый пляж и прекрасное море. Брали полупансион (завтраки и ужины), еда была разнообразной и вкусной, дополнительно давали напитки. В номере было все необходимое, включая утюг. Одним словом очень не хотелось уезжать, настолько было хорошо в нем отдыхать) Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻

當時選這家酒店的原因在於，新，18年開業的，相比左右的St Regis和Park Hyatt都是2011年開的。Rotana是阿聯酋本土高端酒店品牌，服務水準確實和國際大品牌還是有一定差距的，比如：面對面客人時的表情，整體早餐的擺放，收餐的流程都有待提高。而且這次check in的服務真的很不好，我定的是海景帶lounge服務的房間，而酒店收到的訊息是花園景色的不帶lounge的房間，後現場找攜程兩個小時後才解決，最終也不知道是酒店還是攜程的問題。

Красивый отель , вкусная еда , прекрасный пляж с белоснежным песком, лазурное море , ни с чем не сравнимое в эмиратах побережье. Комфортные номера с большими кроватями. Рядом с отелем стройка ,имейте ввиду при бронировании . Её не слышно, но номера лучше выбирать с видом на море . Благодарна русскоговорящему администратору Нуре, которая решила все вопросы , возникшие при заселении , т к на сайте пакет "все включено" , оказался полным пансионом . Трип сделал компенсацию, а в гостинице с доплатой изменили условия пакета.
