薩蒂亞特島挑了隱祕性最好的卓美亞 差強人意 兩點checkin時説房間沒有好，好了會電話通知，一直到晚上八點也沒通知。並且入住時完全沒有介紹整個酒店的布布局，餐廳泳池分佈，早餐時間等等。並且連地圖也沒有給，甚至沒説服務鈴要打哪個電話。這些訊息同規格的其他酒店完全不會忘記。 有提供嬰兒洗護用品，房間給升級了，送了水果巧克力，第二天送了酒，客房服務很不錯。 但5000+一晚的價格應該有更好選擇，大概不會再來了。

服務態度一般，尤其是響應效率方面。辦理入住時給了一層的露台房，完全沒有海景，並且就在主餐廳旁邊，私密性極差。打了電話溝通後，前台答應給我們換一間高層的海景房（這兩間都叫海洋露台房），在房間等了大概快一個小時才有人來搬行李。換了新房間後也沒有歡迎水果和巧克力（原房間的我們都沒有動一下），我打了三次電話溝通此事，每次電話都要響半分鐘以上，並且所有人問的問題都是一樣的，都説要去check一下我們之前房間的水果和巧克力吃沒吃過。晚上游泳完回房間後發現還沒有送過來，於是又打了一次電話，等了20分鐘才有人給送水果。 以往在酒店打電話基本都會第一時間響應，並且服務態度都很好，而這家酒店完全相反，讓人體驗感非常差勁。 衞生方面，浴袍上有黑色的斑點，地毯上也有污漬。 5千一晚的價格，除了絕美的海景和沙灘，真的不知道還有什麼能誇的…. btw意大利餐廳非常好吃，晚餐每人210aed的額度，兩個人的話補一點差價就能吃得很好。

Magnifique hotel situé sur l une des plus belles plages d abu dhabi. La chambre, le service, le petit dej, le personnel hyper souriant et serviable autant en salle qu au beach club. Mercii a Darwin pour son accueil et à Yacine d avoir été aussi professionnel.
