Visited Abu Dgabi in May 2025 and stayed in this hotel for three nights. Had an excellent experience with the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi, excellent hotel, and nice people in the hotel and in the streets. My special thanks should go to Rose in the Reception Desk,who met practically all our needs. I also wanted to thank the Manager who tried his best to find solutions to solving the problem of our electric adapter by sending a thoughtful technician.

Beautiful hotel with prime location, near with everywhere and connected with Al Wahda Mall which is really on point. Appreciated and thank you so much for Renata who’s taking care of our room, Deepak who’s taking care of our breakfast and solve our little missunderstanding, and Anjana who’s doing lighting Checkout. So far positive memories during entire stay

樓下是一個購物中心比較方便。 地理位置在老城區中心。 整體滿意。 去大清真寺和海上盧浮宮都不遠。 餐廳樓下比較多的選擇。

Great hotel. Best location. Best customer service. Housing must have a check list of what to do and replenished the room. Donot wait for the guest to keep a note or call for amenities. Like shower gel, handwash, toilet paper.

Great location…relaxing stay

服務很差，定了兩個房間。到的第一天給的房間嚴重的油漆味道，給換了一個低一級的房間，答應給我們提供晚退房服務，作為彌補，我們也同意了。結果到退房那一天的中午12:00，我們發現房間進不去了，説是衹給一間晚退房。於是，我們要求立即退房，但是給予補差額。他們非常強硬拒絕，還要求我們配合他們，因為人比較多……這種衹考慮自己的業務，不考慮客户利益的服務意識和謙恭後踞的契約精神**做法，實在是難以接受。所以，我要投訴他們！

這家酒店非常棒！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，隔音效果好。前台服務熱情周到，早餐種類豐富，味道也很好。地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊餐飲和購物都很方便。性價比高，強烈推薦！

服務員非常認真，給了很多的礦泉水，乾燥的天氣要多喝水

環境整體不錯，設施齊全，也很符合防疫標準，不錯

設施：不舊也不新 馬馬虎虎 衞生：還可以 環境：周圍有商場，很便利 服務：很不錯，小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情。前台以及酒廊的小姐姐服務都很熱情。

飯店雖然有歷史了，但保持的還算不錯，只是房間置物處的設計很糟糕，一不小心，就會撞到，我是撞到眼角附近（還好沒有很嚴重），我先生的眼鏡鏡框撞斷了，飯店經理提出的賠償（招待住宿或午餐），對我們趕行程的觀光客，一點也沒有用，讓我們感到很沒有誠意，但也無可奈何！以後大概不會再光顧了！
