"The apartment itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing upon arrival. It looked like the apartment had not been properly cleaned or used for several months. There was dust everywhere — on the cabinets, wardrobe, and floors. We had to mop the floors ourselves and wipe down all the cabinets and wardrobes because they were covered in dust and stains. The bathroom and toilets were also not properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves, including the inside of the shower. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the apartment is nice, but the overall experience was affected by the condition it was presented in. I hope management improves the cleaning standards for future guests."

"The Grand Hyatt completely exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and considerate. They would nod and say hello whenever they saw us, which was very pleasant to hear in Chinese in a foreign country. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was excellent. The room rate included three meals a day, all prepared by Chinese chefs, which suited my Chinese palate perfectly."

"Today at 2am as neighbor I came to Corinthia Hotel to have a couple of drinks with my best friends, and the person in charge in the Bar (Reception) was not good to orientated for customer service. He was sleeping in the floor and when we asked to him for some nuts, carrots, onions, sth as normal in Nigeria he refused. Experience Corinthia not great, honestly. Beers very expensive 3k each one not good service. An unhappy client. P.S. The waiter still sleeping in front of us. Terrible."
