The room was so dirty. The tub did not work and was dirty. The floor was dirty. The walls and ceiling had tape all over it. The head boards and walls dirty. The mattress cover had blood stains .... Filthy.. Very bad. The doors to the balcony were not able to lock. For 700 cedis this was not worth it. Upon leaving I asked for the manager as with everything else the receptionist said he is not in. This place had excuses upon excuses. The pool area was nice and the ocean view is serene. The food was good . Most of the food items on the menu were not available. Very Disappointed . This place have so much potential. Please clean up.

I never knew Oceanic Resort Employees fight their Guests. I came to Oceanic with my friends on Saturday 11th, bought some couple of food and drinks and later ordered for a cocktail, I got a wrong cocktail and on telling the waiter, he was rude and walked out of us. He insisted we pay for the wrong cocktail he brought even though I didn’t drink it , I refused to pay the cocktail and this waiter really beat me up, he really did. I was injured badly and failed a complain, I am waiting to see what the management will do about this
