nice staff, everyone is very nice and helpful, you feel at home here. the hotel is surrounded by flowers and greenery, which adds coziness. A great place for a relaxing family holiday. Mom and I had a great time here♥️

A very nice holiday. Pleasant hotel - very good price/quality ratio - clean accommodation, helpful staff, food close to Greek cuisine, close to a pleasant beach ... . A very caring hotel manager - he personally looks after the well-being of the guests. Anyone looking for decent accommodation and food close to traditional Greek cuisine is at the right address. The reviews of some guests expressing dissatisfaction are incomprehensible. They should choose services in a completely different price category (perhaps even more than ten times more expensive), then maybe they would be satisfied. Those interested in schnitzel-type food, etc., should also not go to this hotel.

Hate this place ... you don´t want to spend your holiday there. The food is equivalent to a worse summer camp for chlidren,.The accommodation older and the shower dirty and as a bonus with mildew and no hot running water daily around 10pm onwards. Regular leftovers for dinner from lunch or previous days, constant queues for food, which no one replenished. So when you get to the meal for example 30 minutes after its start, so you just have nothing left. No choice of food in terms of fruit, vegetables, cheese, fish, pastries, spreads.

La struttura esterna sembra bella ma i servizi molto scadenti. In una settimana non hanno mai fatto le pulizie e le asciugamani pulite le ho dovute chiedere io. Il bagno con gli scarichi otturati e da sotto la vasca usciva acqua . Ho chiesto un tappeto pulito per il bagno dato che era zuppo di acqua e non me lo hanno mai fatto avere. Il cibo molto scadente..si mangiano sempre le stesse cose. L unica pietanza di pesce che ho mangiato è il pangasius. Inoltre il giardino e la mensa pieni di zanzare..mentre mangiavi ti ritrovavi con quintali di zanzare che ti entravano anche in bocca oltre ad essere punti di continuo. Era impossibile restare seduti all aperto. Mi sono trovata davvero male.

The hotel is well located near the beach and the main street. The room was clean and big. We did not hear anyone from the neighbouring rooms. The food was fine and the staff great. Attentive and friendly. Especially the manager.

The hotel is clean, perfect location in Acharavi (close to the beach and main street where the shops and souvenirs are located). The sea is clean. Food was avarage (but the choice is sufficient). The bos is a pleasant gentleman who cares about the comfort of his clients. I recomend the holidays in Acharavi, Ionian Princess hotel.
