Filorian Hotel Apartments

Een hele leuke accommodatie en schoon. Waar wij zaten (filorian)was wel een beetje gedateerd. Veel dingen zoals kasten en kranen en keuken spullen kapot. Net zoals een douchedeur die er niet inzat. Kapot dus, waardoor alles nat werd in de badkamer. En kapotte horre screens. De douche zelf werkte perfect en het ontbijt was prima. Ook waren er betaalde en onbetaalde ligbedden en parasols in overvloed. Dus geen gezeur met handdoekje leggen. We hebben in ieder geval genoten.

Great to be part of the Acharavi Beach hotel complex with 3 large swimming pools and good breakfast each morning. Spacious apartment with nice sea view from large balcony.

Noi siamo stati una giornata allo stabilimento balneare compreso negli appartamenti e al ristorante annesso “Apnea”. Personale gentile e sorridente, prezzo per 1 ombrellone e 2 sdraio 6€ al giorno senza obbligo di consumare al bar. Ristorante buono con buona scelta di piatti e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura. Consigliatissimo!

I was surprised, because everything looks much better in live. The beach is practically on the territory of the hotel. The most beautiful sandy beach in the Archavi part (the shores are stony if you go along the embankment). Two sunbeds and an umbrella cost only €6. Ewerywhere is very clean. There is a large parking lot. Breakfast is served in a 4* hotel of the same chain. Wide selection of food. There is a bigger supermarket nearby. The rooms are simple but tidy. We had a small kitchen and a terrace with the garden view. I recommend to take a sea view room, its really great view. We have lived in three places on the island, but this hotel is just perfect and the best we have booked in Corfu.

Filorian apartments are located on Corfu northern coast in a small (not at all interesting) town of Acharavi. We chose it because it was a pet friendly beachfront hotel, despite a higher price for such accommodations on the island. Stayed for 4 nights, and used it for our base for exploring the north of the island. They have free parking in front, so ignore the fact on booking sites saying there's no parking. A small market is around the corner and few bigger ones up 10 min walk on the main road. Apartments are nice and pretty spacious, yet little bit aged. However, everything is working properly - AC, big fridge, TV,... We had two bedrooms and a kitchenette, as well a nice balcony with sea views. Cleaning every day, no issues. Nice greenery with a pool in front and free sunbeds around. Also, a taverna by the pool with normal prices. Few steps ahead is a nice beach with sunbeds paying 6 Euros for a set - reasonable. Breakfast is served in the next door sister hotel - Acharavi Beach hotel, a super modern one. Breakfast is delicious with an amazing offer of everything.

I had originally booked this holiday for 2020 but due to covid pandemic had deferred. I had originally booked through *********** and hotel kept deposit. I did not mind as I thought we will go anyway We had an upgrade for 2 nights as room was unavailable and free dinner The day I went to get key to room we were meant to be in there was a man in the bed! Had to go back to reception and explain situation, had to go away again as the man needed moving and room cleaning. The apartment was 2 bedrooms with a kitchenette, good size fridge. Only 1 pot to cook so if I had wanted to cook I would have been disappointed. Only 2 good sized cups to drink from . Bathroom very outdated, could not put shower up as attachment was broken, spoke to reception and it was fixed straight away. Bath was quite rusty. Whole flat smelt wrong, all in the kitchen walls was damp, on all 3 walls and over a metre high, paint peeling. This is what the smell was. The air conditioning was good and cleaning ladies good. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel next door, ABH and was very good with lots of choice. We ate a few times in thines and that was very good. The pool area and gardens were very well kept. The bar was also good. I paid 1756 pounds for 3 people with breakfast and feel I could have got better value somewhere else, or if I had known the condition of the apartment I would have looked to stay at ABH.
