Enttäuschendes Erlebnis im Restaurant – nie wieder! Unser Besuch im Restaurant des Hotel Beretta war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hähnchen war nicht frisch – es schmeckte, als wäre es vor Tagen gekocht und nur aufgewärmt worden. Die Kartoffeln waren ebenfalls alt, und der Salat war zur Hälfte schwarz verfärbt und offensichtlich verdorben. Als ich die Kellnerin höflich darauf hinwies, reagierte sie nicht professionell – sie nahm wortlos den Teller weg und antwortete mir verärgert auf Italienisch. Es wurde weder ein neues Essen angeboten noch eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen. Danach war der Kellner einfach verschwunden. Wir haben das Restaurant verlassen und sind zurück ins Zimmer gegangen. Ich fühle mich sehr unwohl und wünsche mir einfach nur, wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und werde definitiv nie wieder hierherkommen. Bewertung: 0 von 5 Sternen.

Die Ankunft im gemütlichen Garten war ein Highlight unserer Alpenüberquerung. Und das, obwohl wir viele tolle Unterkünfte hatten. Einfach gemütlich und total nette Betreiber*innen. Das Abendessen war super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut angebracht. Nicht supetchick aber eben gemütlich!

Wir waren mit Feuer und Eis wandern. Der Welcome war sehr freundlich. Wenn man sich aber so umschaut sieht man eine Todo Liste die länger als meine ist. Angefangen vom Biergarten bis zu den Zimmern. Teilweise Kleinigkeiten aber auch gravierende Mängel. Die Freundlichkeit nahm am Abend stark ab. Man gab u s die Speisekarte und sagte nach unserem Wunsch das nur Pizza (5 Sorten) und eine vegetarische Lasagne drin wäre. Ich trage mich warum dann ne Speisekarte. Aber her wie hin wir würden das Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen und ich denke auch das sich Feuer und Eis keinen Gefallen damit tut. Die 2 Punkte sind für den sehr sehr netten Empfang
