Helen and her team on reception were excellent.Helen went above and beyond to help me get an IT issue fixed. The resturant was well organised, food was plentyful and tasty, big thank you to Malet the resturant hostess who was very attentive and helpful. Location near to the airport was good for me and i recommend this hotel and would stay again.

At very short notice the Doubletree by Hilton put on an excellent cocktail reception for us in their lovely 11th floor restaurant and balcony. The food and drink were excellent and the service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.

Enjoyed a healthy breakfast, hosted by a very friendly team. Special mention for Mekdes Negatu who attentively listened to me and was very responsive as she led her team. I liked the variety and freshness of the breakfast. The rooftop restaurant was very neat and has a great view at any time of the day.

My stay at Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. my stay was wonderfull . The hotel is new and it is very beutifull.It has an amazing view.the rooms are lexurius and comfortable .I don't have words to express the restuarant.it is classic and the food is also delicius. especially i want to thank Betelhem who is the hostess at semay restuarant. She is very welcoming . thanks for everything.
