Best Western Plus Addison/Dallas Hotel

首先酒店大堂很小，一進去就不太舒服，所以早餐廳也特別小。然後一進房間，光線不好，還一股味道，我衹能一直開着窗睡覺。凌晨3點多垃圾車開始工作，很吵。然後火車的聲音，飛機的聲音，根本沒法睡覺。傢俱也很舊，再也不會去了。

The Hotel is easily shf surrounded buy alot of Food and Entertainment options within walking distance, however upon check-in Ihad to esit do to a group of Asian or Chinese people who kept approaching the front desk attendants for various things. There were already two other waiting on line, and we had to stand there a little over 10mins or before we we even addressed. Even when I was being checked in the little ladies from the group continued to interrupt. I understand that a group of people equals more money than a solo person however they should've politely asked to wait their turn. After that the room ws cool, though th bathroom is a very strange place for coffee maker and ice bucket.br and furniture was decent except the desk chair in room 201 which was extreme small, like child or teenager small pl it kept leaning back all the way and couldnt be adjusted. I called front desk to mention the extra chair and asked to temporarily switching ouy with one from the business center in the lobby which Vero or Vera agreed to. The computers at the business center dont work by the way or at least thats what I was told by the desk attendants. All and all it was a decent stay. There does need to be better attention to housekeeping as there was a stain on the bathroom under the sink that I didnt see until my 2nd day. They really so need bigger desk chairs in the room. I have attached photos for comparison. The desk the business center in the lobby had biggers chairs but a smaller desk area in the room. Good breakfast of hot and cold items, which stayed stocked. We I stay again, maybe, but I'll give it a 7.5 out of a 10. The name or manager for this location is 44669 Property
