環境很好 非常安靜 適合躺平度假 房間很大 不過設施有一點舊了 但不影響使用 服務非常熱情周到 整體來説都挺不錯的

He visitado, algunos 5 estrellas de la isla y sinceramente no hay ninguno igual. Nada mas entrar al lujoso hotel, hemos recibido un trato muy bueno por parte de las recepcionistas. Tiene una piscina infinita preciosa y una decoración increíble. Cuando entré a mi villa, con piscina privada; me quede impresionada de lo bien que olía, lo limpio y cuidado que estaba cada rincón. La villa es muy amplia, me dijeron que eran 140m2; con una cocina totalmente equipada. Una muy buena nevera, minibar muy completo… Los muebles de la villa, son fabulosos. Me he quedado impresionada, impactada… Venir a este hotel, ha sido cumplir un verdadero sueño! Si tuviese que elegir una parte favorita… elegiría la habitación ya que consta, con una cama enorme que te envuelve y hace que descanses, sin limites. La zona del salón también tiene una televisión, con un buen tamaño que reproduce el youtube y más aplicaciones desde tu propio movil. Lo que mas me ha llamado la atención de este alojamiento es como miman, cada detalle; haciendo que mi ultima estancia haya sido increíble e inolvidable! Un 100/10!!! No hay otro igual!!!

We had a lovely week here. The hotel is beautiful. We had a villa on the first floor which as most have written does get some noise from the road. This didn’t prevent us from sleeping though as the doors / blinds prevent sound so just a little road noise in the day. The villas are gorgeous with decor to match. The super king bed so comfy. Lovely towels & robes. The service was very good. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Up on the hill so a taxi ride down to La Caleta but also within taxi reach of playa del duche & Adeje beach. We used the spa most mornings which was also very relaxing. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice & beautiful service & music. We would love to visit again. Thank you

We have just returned from our wonderful stay and are missing the beautiful grounds and kind staff already. Nothing is too much trouble, we have never felt so welcome and spoiled. Food is top notch, the rooms beautifully appointed and communal areas are spotless. Thank you for a magical experience!

We have just spent the last two weeks at RGV. It had been a busy year and we wanted to relax , chill and recoup and that’s exactly what we got We stayed in a duchess villa the villa was luxurious and had everything we wanted needed and more The villa was serviced everyday with ice , water and coffee pods etc replenished twice a day Turn down service and chocolate nice touch We dined in the restaurant, enjoyed the alfresco night on the Monday night , had room service and spa treatment , all first class We only used the spa once it was nice The breakfast was superb with lots of choice from fruit continental and hot buffet , you could also order from the kitchen if what you wanted wasn’t there , all washed down with cava if you liked The staff in the restaurant were all lovely friendly, especially one lovely waitress with blonde hair who I didn’t catch her name always seem to know when I needed another coffee Fiona the manager was there most mornings and you could see the passion she had in the running of everything It was my husband’s birthday whilst there ,they sang happy birthday to him at breakfast with a little cake. When we returned to our villa after breakfast there was balloons , cava and a cake was such a lovely surprise That afternoon we had the floating brunch it was so lovely RGV is a little bit away from nearest restaurants etc a 20 minute walk down a main road but only 7 euro taxi ride from La Caleta home , reception are very happy to order you a taxi RGV use a very convenient WhatsApp service which make things very simple The Villa itself was very luxurious and kitchen was set up to cook if you chose to. Big fridge that is stocked with mini bar but still room for your own things. Washing machine very handy Only negative as mentioned in other comments is road noise only when sitting in outdoor area with pool We were staying on lower level, the villas above I understand to be quieter , which when we return will book We didn’t realise that you could use the royal river sister hotel next door , might of been nice to visit We did hire a car and it was parked in the under ground garage with easy access We did visit neighbouring towns and areas but found we enjoyed relaxing back at the villa best If you want a holiday to chill this is the one for you

We re still here and seriously thinking about extending our stay in this beautiful hotel. It’s hard to describe what it feels like, not a resort, not a hotel in the conventional way, but one thing is that it is gorgeous. From the welcome on check in to the 24 hour WhatsApp concierge if you are looking for a blissful, relaxing and efficient stay this is the one for you. It goes without saying that Fiona the manager is awesome, and so are all of the staff. The quiet not in your face way that we have been looked after- the privacy of the rooms and the pools- the Monday night bbq and the harpist at breakfast. Trying really hard to find something to criticise but I can’t. Stay here, you won’t regret it. Nothing more to say.

Beautiful gardens and villas with wonderful decor and exceptional attention to detail. Exclusive feel, quiet, relaxing. All of the staff are fantastic, going out of their way to enhance your stay. Breakfast, restaurant evening meal and room service all very good. Villa spacious, and lovely private terrace and pool…perfect! Huge thanks to Fiona and all her team for a wonderful stay.
