Geweldig buffet met veel keus en heerlijke gerechten. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Gehele resort is als nieuw en mooi en modern ingericht. Resort is goed te overzien laagbouw. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het strand en genoeg winkeltjes in de buurt. Bus naar diverse plaatsen stopt voor de deur.

Hôtel à fuir. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité, loin de là. Cet hôtel nous avait été vendu pour un 4* alors qu'il n'en vaut même pas 2. Hôtel vieillissant car mal entretenu, sale aussi bien dans les allées les couloirs, la chambre, les jardins pas entretenus. Les coussins de piscine sont également sales et tout tachés .Pas de rangement dans la salle de bain pour les affaires de toilette, moisissure dans le bac à douche, le sèche cheveux tenait avec du scotch et s'ouvrait en l'utilisant. Le ménage, le changement des serviettes, draps pas fait durant 3 jours. Le restaurant ressemble à une cantine et l'on boit dans des verres en plastique.....

Ein absolutes No Go. Möbel abgewohnt teilweise defekt. Zimmerbeschreibung passt gar nicht. Badezimmer verkalkt Duschen teilweise verschimmelt Fliesen gebrochen. Zimmerreinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Essen mässig warm eher schon kalt kaum Abwechslung. Auch sind die Pools und die ganze Anlage schon in die Jahre gekommen . Woher die 4☆ kommen ? Ich hab keine Ahnung 2 ☆ sind ausreichend....Das man ans Meer kommt muss man durch andere Hotelanlagen wandern. Das einzige was ich positiv bewerte ist das Personal das war ständig sehr bemüht und freundlich, dennoch teilweise überfordert.

Weder verdient dieses Hotel eine 4-Sterne Kategorie noch gehört es in einen Reisekatalog! Die Anlage - besonders die Zimmer - sind alt, heruntergekommen und völlig verdreckt. Bäder komplett verkalkt, Armaturen defekt und Dusche schimmelig - der Kühlschrank im Übrigen auch. Von Sauberkeit absolut keine Spur! Zimmerreinigung begrenzt auf max. 5min, wenn überhaupt jemand vorbei kommt. Handtücher werden max. 1x in der Woche gewechselt, mit etwas Glück ist dann auch mal ein Heiles dabei. Mobiliar ist alt, keimig und kaputt - hier besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Eine angepriesene "Minibar" ist nicht existent. Das Essen ist fade, null Abwechslung und selbst die warmen Speisen sind kalt - Besteck und Teller sind Mangelware Getränke sind sirupangemischt aus einem Automat und auch gern vergriffen. Alle Kaffeebegeisterte werden schwer enttäuscht: Kaffee gibt's nur zum Frühstück. Im Poolbereich (auch Privat-Pools) gehören gerissene, scharfkantige und bereits abgelöste Fliesen zur Tagesordnung - auch hier absolute Verletzungsgefahr. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man sich durch ein naheliegendes Hotel manövrieren (man kommt sich dabei vor wie ein Eindringling), bei den Sonnenliegen wird ordentlich abkassiert. Am Tag der Abreise muss um 11 Uhr ausgecheckt werden, das Hotel-Bändchen wird direkt entfernt und man wird quasi noch vor dem Mittagessen "rausgeschmissen" - bis zur Abholung darf man dann ohne Essen und Getränke in der Lobby - dessen Klimaanlage scheinbar nur zu Dekozwecken genutzt wird - ausharren.

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars; it is more like 2 stars. There is a constant shortage of towels (they were either not replaced or there were too few), and in the restaurant, there was always a lack of cutlery, plates, glasses, wine glasses, and coffee cups. We had to use plastic cups and cutlery, which should not be the case in a 4-star hotel. The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathrooms, and the housekeeping either did not clean the rooms or did so very superficially. A broken shower in the room was repaired after 2 days despite numerous requests. The pool water was dirty (they only added powdered chlorine to the pools every evening) – after swimming in the pool, my daughter got a genital infection and I got an ear infection. The pool had damaged tiles, which did not meet safety standards (several people cut their feet and had stitches in the hospital during our stay). There were unsecured open manholes by the pool where children could have fallen in. The showers by the pool were dirty, moldy, and smelly. There was an unpleasant sewage smell near the room. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel; we do not have high expectations, but this hotel is below all standards. Don’t go there; this hotel should be closed and renovated. Moreover, there is only one main buffet, not several as stated in the offer. There are only 2 functioning bars (one of which is self-service only for beer and wine), and the main lobby bar is not operating. The only plus of this hotel is the water slides in the pool. The evening entertainment is terrible and only happens 3 times a week – a magician’s show (one person fooling around), belly dancing (very weak, with 2 dancers), Greek night (only 2 men playing and singing, with no dancers). The bartender at the pool bar tries to be eco-friendly and asks for plastic cups to be returned so they can be refilled and thus reduce the amount of plastic used, but it doesn’t matter because the hotel uses tons of plastic as they have no glasses or plates!!!"
