Deuxième fois que l on réserve cet hôtel en demi-pension. Période du 27 avril au 4 mai. Malheureusement météo des plus exécrable. (Vent et pluie) impossible de s allonger à la plage. En demi-pension, TOUT est payant et le mini-bar en chambre est facturé à un prix exorbitant. Pour info, la taxe de séjour est de 15€ /nuitée. Pour le reste, tout est nickel. Salle de fitness. Jaccussy, Hammam et deux saunas. Maasage Nourriture est bonne et chambre propre. Personnel accueillant mais faut scanner les QR-code pour plus d info sur place. Bonne lecture et bon séjour

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend. Schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer klein, nicht besonders sauber und es fehlten sämtliche grundlegenden Dinge wie Duschgel, Shampoo, Bodylotion oder Zahnpasta. Als wir höflich danach gefragt haben, wurde uns nur gesagt, wir sollen diese Dinge selbst kaufen – für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut unverständlich. Das schlimmste Erlebnis war jedoch beim Abendessen: Im Hauptrestaurant lief eine Katze frei herum. Meine Frau leidet unter einer ausgeprägten Phobie gegen Katzen und erlitt eine Panikattacke. Wir baten das Hotelpersonal dringend um Hilfe – zum Beispiel, in einem katzenfreien Bereich zu essen oder in ein anderes Hotel umzuziehen. Doch das Personal war weder freundlich noch bemüht, uns zu helfen. Man hat uns einfach ignoriert und keinerlei Lösung angeboten. Wir fühlten uns absolut im Stich gelassen. Weder Sauberkeit noch Service entsprechen dem, was man bei einem Hotelurlaub erwartet. Wer sensibel auf Hygiene oder bestimmte Situationen reagiert, sollte dieses Hotel definitiv meiden.

Went as a couple kid free and this was such a lovely hotel. Weather was really weird but at least it was absolutely gorgeous for a couple of days. We just enjoyed the rest and relaxation to be honest. The food was fantastic, so much choice and we got to try so many different things. Breakfast was varied and dinner each night was full of flavour. If you can’t find anything you like on that vast buffet you need to give yourself a talking to. Special mention to Anna in the main restaurant , she was like a wee mother hen trying to teach us some greek hahaha, Maria in the lobby bar had good crack. Great cocktails, yes the booze and drinks are expensive but then we knew that! We saved up and had a ball. Reception staff was amazing and anything we asked was acted on immediately. I had a massage which was good (im in the industry as well and appreciate a good massage) the spa staff however were very pushy and I understand they have to upsell down at breakfast but it became a bit tedious. It felt like we had to dodge them and not make eye contact. The beach bar makes great cocktails, not so sweet that it tastes like juice so we found we sipped it a lot longer. The main pool was fabulous, clean and plenty of loungers. The water was a tad cool but we got in and loved it. Evening entertainment was a bit poor as its early in the season. Rethymno defo worth a visit, we had the best seafood and ice cream honestly so good. We found an absolute gem a wee bit down from the hotel called taverna Poppy. €4 for 500ml of housewine, needless to say went a couple of times and got quite tipsy🤣🤣🤣 What a gorgeous hotel, grounds and staff. The housekeepers are top notch and every day we felt like our room was cleaned beautifully. Clean towels every single day, nothing is too much effort. We couldn’t understand each other but we still had a laugh with the housekeeping ladies, they are truly lovely. So glad we went before real silly season starts. I felt we got the best treatment and no long waits for anything. Best holiday sofar and Crete is stunning, people friendly and just all around big spoil!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im Hotel und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben zwei Bungalows direkt am Strand gemietet, diese waren gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch in unseren Bungalows waren, wie bereits in anderen Rezessionen beschrieben, zu wenige Stechdosen vorhanden, aber mit etwas Kreativität findet man eine lösung um die Geräte zu laden. Alle Mitarbeiter des hotesl mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren immer freundlich und uns zugewandt. Wir wurden stets gefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, was man an manchen Stellen auch sieht, aber das hat unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Gartenanlage ist gut angelegt und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das trifft auch für den Strand zu. Gegenüber unserem letzten Auftenthalt vor zwanzig Jahren, wurden Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Duschen und Umkleidekabinen qualitativ aufgewertet. Da unser Besuch in der Vorsaison lag, waren noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet, aber auch das stellte kein Problem dar. Die Auswahl beim am Büffet sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen war sehr reichhaltig und hat auch für Kinder eine entsprechende Auswahl geboten. Die Auswahl an Vor- und Hauptspeisen und Desserts war üppig. Es wurden sowohl internationale als auch griechische Spezialitäten angeboten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Betreuung durch den Somelier Stelios Pavlakis. Seine Weinempfehlungen waren ausgezeichnet und haben unseren Geschmack getroffen. Aber auch die anderen Servicemitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und vor allem auch gegenüber den Kindern sehr hilfsbereit. Zusammengefasst: Wir haben uns vom Check-in bis zur Abreise sehr wohl gehfühlt.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel très propre Hôtel situé à l’écart du centre-ville offrant tout le confort et les activités qu’on peut souhaiter. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible. Tout l’hôtel affiche une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.

Séjour d’une semaine passé du 19 au 26 juillet 2024 au sein de ce magnifique hôtel à quelques minutes de Rethynmon ! Nous sommes partis à deux avec Fram, incroyable équipe d’animation toujours à l’écoute (Victoria, Emma, Yanis…). L’hôtel très propre mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. Entre la mer, les 3 piscines de l’hôtel, le bar de plage, les différents restaurants (Italien, Buffet international, gastro…), le SPA, sauna… et j’en passe. Vous avez tout à faire au sein de cet hôtel !! Le personnel au top parlant plusieurs langues ! Au niveau des chambres, rien à dire, propreté impeccable, grandeur appropriée pour deux personnes. Ayant un arrêt de bus littéralement devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, nous pouvons nous rendre très facilement à Rethynmon, la ville d’à côté ! Bref, excellent séjour, juste une envie c’est de retourner dans ce magnifique établissement !

Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth 230-250 euros/night, with sea-view obstructed a lot by the front line bungalows. In the past we stayed at a cheaper, standard sea-view renovated room, main building section, which was better value for money than the more expensive bungalow(s).

Avant notre arrivée j’ai signalé que mon fils était en fauteuil roulant car il a du se faire opérer en urgence de la hanche. Ils m’ont gentiment répondu qu’ils mettaient tout en place pour notre confort et on s’est retrouvé dans une chambre au deuxième étage avec un ascenseur pas du tout aux normes handicapés pour un fauteuil roulant puisqu’il ne pouvait pas rentrer tout seul dedans il fallait ouvrir une porte battante pour rentrer et l’ascenseur faisait à peine la largeur du fauteuil donc impossible pour mon fils de rentrer tout seul dedans sinon il se coinçait les doigts. Nous avons donc fait par de notre mécontentement concernant cette chambre pas du tout adaptée ni pour y accéder en ascenseur ni pour aller dans la douche car il y avait une marche pour aller dans la salle de bain et aussi pour rentrer dans la douche et de plus pas de porte de douche donc de l’eau partout devant et un sol glissant. Ils nous ont donc mis dans un bungalow parfaitement adapté de plein pieds et une baignoire avec poignée et un rideau pour ne pas mouiller le sol En contre partie nous avons payé 1300€ supp après avoir négocié près d’une heure car au départ ils nous demandaient 1900€. Nous étions avec des amis qui ont aussi réservés sur votre site internet et qui ont eu un bungalow donc surclassés mais sans payer de surplus. Nous avons trouvé ce principe pas très commerçant de leur part surtout que nous étions 11 personnes en tout inclus. J’attends votre réponse merci

We recently stayed at this hotel with our kids and appreciated how family-friendly it is. There are several shallow pools, which are great for young children, making it a fun place for families. However, our room was disappointing—it wasn’t new and had a noticeable smell of mold. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but it would have been a downgrade, and unfortunately, the musty smell was still present, even though the staff didn’t agree with our concern. In the end, we decided to stay in our original room. Other than that issue, it’s generally a good hotel, especially for families with kids, but the room situation was a bit of a letdown.

Everything was amazing, however there is some improvement in the cleanliness of rooms. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially the supervisor of the Italian restaurant, I do not remember his name, but he was amazing, a real professional. He should be the supervisor of all the staff, his energy, charisma makes you want to come back to this hotel again.

Excellent séjour en famille Trés bon sejour , hôtel propre, confortable et adapté aux enfants, bravo au mini club du jamais vu !! La plage est accessible en direct, prevoir des chaussures adaptées pour la baignade. Restauration variée et goûteuse.

Très bel hotel. Personnel accueillant Bonne restauration, dommage que les pâtisseries excellentes ne soient pas dans un meuble réfrigéré Piscines très agréables et nombreux bains de soleil. Très bon bar à l intérieur merci à clio pour sa gentillesse. Au bar de la plage. Sensation de déranger un peu . Pour les Spectacles il est dommage pour un 5 étoiles d avoir une si petite scène et commodités pour les intervenants. Tres bon 5 etoiles tout de meme

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Am Anfang war es wirklich erholsam aber je mehr Urlauber kamen desto schlimmer würde es. Das Personal würde nachlässig und verlor den Überblick. Das Frühstück glich am Ende nur noch einem Spiessrufhenlaufen und war Stress pur. Das erst 2 Drittel der Zeit waren Liegen kein Problem am Strand aber am Ende ein echtes Chaos. Vor allem kamen dann Urlauber die morgens vor dem Frühstück ihre Liegen reservierten und dann erst gegen Abend kamen oder noch besser waren die (keine Ausnahme) wo die ganze Familie kam und jedes Familienmitglied belegte einen Schirm mit 2 Liegen. Hier wäre das Hotel gefragt gewesen. Hier werde ich sicher nicht mehr hin gehen. Da braucht man kein Genie zu sein um sich auszurechnen das nicht genug Platz war. Außerdem fand ich extrem störend das von Leuten mit Kindern die Erwachsenenbereichen ignoriert wurden. Nichts gegen Kinder aber ich will nicht permanent Kindergeschrei wenn ich extra in die ausgewiesene Adults only Atea gehe. Unverschämt sind die Preise der Strandbar , des eigenen Supermarktes, der Boutique und der Lokale im Hotel. Da werden ja die Betreiber vom Oktoberfest noch neidisch. Zimmer sauber aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Auf jeden Fall keine 5 Sterne. Ich ziehe für mich das Fazit einmal und nie wieder.
