雷西姆農附近沿海有一大堆五星級的度假酒店，之所以選擇這家，完全是因為它良好的性價比。很好的休閑發呆的五星級賓館，晚上自己的沙灘酒吧還有演出，早餐也豐盛，衹可惜衹住了一晚。

Really good hotel definetely worth the 5star.It had really good service,all the assistants there were really polite,they were smiling to us all the time.The cocktails were really really good and just beautiful,still tasted very well. The rooms were also very clean and nice colored,blue and white like Greece!I totally recommend it💕💕

It was a very pleasant stay, the employees are very friendly, I will definitely come back. when we go on excursions the guide explains very well. the restoration, nothing to say, it's perfect. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Thank you for this incredible week in your hotel.

We are currently at the hotel. Instead of the promised sea view, we got a side view, mainly of the pool and unkempt overgrown vegetation that weaves around the building. A nice bonus in 5 stars: torn bathrobes, gray towels, beach towels can be obtained at a certain time for a deposit, and their replacement is only possible by prior arrangement at a certain time, the children's room does not work, there is no children's animation at all! A playground in the scorching sun with a bunch of mosquitoes... But the cleaning of the room deserves special attention, since this is not cleaning, but stretching a rag on the floor. A safe for 3 euros per day, sun loungers must be taken in the morning, because there will be no more places, because there are simply not enough of them for the number of rooms that the hotel has, as well as towels. A separate pleasure is the beach: pebbles are mixed with particles of sand and garbage, it is also not cleaned. As for the food: if your child eats pasta and fries, then it's not all bad, because the rest is amateurish... nice serving and running waiters, but useless. The staff is in the same style... only a few waiters are friendly, 1 girl at the reception and bartenders from the beach bar (the only place I have no questions about). The other staff is not friendly, sometimes even rude! The pineapples are rotten, the fruits are either green or limp. The wifi almost doesn't work outside the room and reception. The pools are dirty! They almost don't clean them. It's very hot in the room, the air conditioning doesn't work without a card that you can't leave in the room for electricity. Therefore, the good sun, the weather do at least have some positives in these "5 stars" type.

Perfect massage and support at Lolita Melody Spa. The personal were so kind ,helpfull and have good reactivity. They all speak french. This was a great bonus.

Very poor quality of alcohol at the beach bar, stinking! They add it to all drinks, it's impossible to drink. It's like low quality moonshine.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Rethymno Palace in Crete. A special thank you to Ioanna at the front desk, who truly made our visit exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff in general were friendly and professional. Costi from the restaurant was also very kind and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience. The hotel is very clean, with direct access to the sea and a large, well-maintained pool. Our room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the consistent housekeeping service. Additional conveniences like free parking, easy access to the bus stop, and complimentary sun loungers at both the beach and the pool added great value to our stay. The food was good, though there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and quality, especially for a 5-star property. Similarly, the cocktails and mixed drinks did not quite meet our expectations. We also recommend renting a car if you plan to visit Crete, as most of the island’s famous sandy beaches are located 1 to 3 hours away from Rethymno. Additionally, the beautiful Rethymno Old Town is about 15 minutes by car from the hotel, and well worth a visit. Despite a few minor points, we were very pleased overall. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere.
