Rigas Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the village with its vast variety of restaurants and bars. Once we checked in ,our luggage was taken to our room and we were shown the bar where we were given complimentary glass of fizz.(a very nice touch) The room had a large balcony with amazing views. There was a large comfortable bed, fridge,kettle,iron and ironing board. The only downside with the room was the bathroom and it's unusual layout with the hand basin in the bedroom and shower and toilet in the bathroom, which was quite dark. The young staff very amazing very friendly ,chatty and professional. The pool area was kept very clean and there was never a problem getting a bed no matter how late we went down. Breakfasts were excellent with an extensive choice, the breakfast room was light and airy, again with fantastic views. Although we were B&B we did use the hotel restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What an absolute gem of a place in a stunning setting. We have just returned from a 1wk stay and I cannot fault a thing. It is in such a stunning location with a real chilled out vibe. The staff are so attentive and courteous, they really are what makes this place tick. The little village of Afitos is literally a 5min walk away with lots of lovely authentic tavernas and bars. I would return here in a heartbeat.

We spent 10 glorious days at this hotel at the end of September. For us it was as if all the stars had aligned for this much needed holiday. Great weather and a view from the terrace that had you mesmerized daily. Amazing staff, every single one of them and you could clearing see they were working as a team. A fantastic breakfast and food in the Tuna restaurant. Brilliant attentive friendly staff. A lovely room, beautiful shower room and exceptionally clean completed by two amazing ladies every day. Anna the representative for Jet2 extremely helpful. The other guests were also friendly. We felt rested and in a calm, happy and friendly space. What more could you want? Excellent hotel stunning views . We stayed for two weeks with a room at the back of the hotel . Small balcony area (we knew that there was no view when we booked ) The room was a good size plenty of storage free safe and air con and fridge . The bed was extremely comfortable both nice pillows . The room was cleaned every day to a good standard . The bathroom did need a bit of work . The pool area was beautiful with stunning views. The breakfast was a very high quality .The restaurant Tuna I have done a separate review on . The staff are fantastic and so friendly even approaching the end of season . A lot of retuning customers says it all.

Stayed here for 11 nights in a Superior double room. If we could give 4.5 stars to this wonderful hotel we would! The views from our balcony, from the restaurant & from around the pool area are absolutely stunning. Our room was comfortable but a little tired & in need of an upgrade. There was plenty of selection for breakfast however the hot food was not hot. This was noted by other guests too & seemed to be due to the air-conditioning running very high & the system to keep the food hot being ineffective. The staff are all an absolute credit to the hotel. Everyone is very friendly & always smiling. Special mention to Stella, Tila, Georgia & Daniella. We walked down to the beach via the steps next to Notos & back up the road via the village. This is a gradual walk uphill with places to stop & sit enroute & then a much needed stop off in the square in beautuful Afitos for a drink! We will definitely return!

WOW what can I say nothing negative - this hotel is perfect- rooms comfortable- views are amazing- all of the staff are so nice - nothing was too much trouble - had a fabulous 10 days - Afitos is stunning - would I return YES if there weren't so many other places that I wish to visit- Rigas you deserve 5 stars as far as I am concerned!!!!
