فظيعة وفظيعة وغير آمنة - تجنبها بأي ثمن وصلت وفحصت على الفور قبل الميلاد من البناء والضيوف الفظيعين يقيمون حفلة مع باب الفندق مفتوحًا على مصراعيه. هددني هؤلاء الضيوف عندما طلبت منهم إغلاق غرفتهم، بينما كان مكتب الاستقبال ينظر/يستمع إلى ما يحدث، متجاهلاً الوضع الذي أصبح غير آمن للغاية حيث تبعني أحد الضيوف الأكثر عدوانية إلى المصعد. رفض الفندق رد الأموال أو الاعتذار عن الموقف الذي تسبب فيه، مما ترك مسافرة منفردة بدون إقامة لرحلتي، والتي اضطررت بعد ذلك إلى إعادة حجزها بتكلفة أعلى بكثير في وقت قصير.

أعتقد بالتأكيد أن الخطأ لا يقع كثيرًا في المؤسسة، بل في OTA (trip.com) نظرًا لأن المرشحات يتم تطبيقها بشكل سيئ، أو لم يتم تطبيق وجبة الإفطار أو أنها تؤدي مباشرة إلى الارتباك.

فندق جيد جدا وذو موقع جيد

Great value for money Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at New Farah hotel. We received a warm welcome by the staff and were given a large clean double room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The breakfast was above expectation, we were served traditional morrocan breakfast with omelette, bread, pastries, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely hosts. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location. It's only a few minutes walk away from Masjid Muhammad and the local restaurants and cafés (Much cheaper than those located at the beach front). We were a 5 minute walk away from uniprix store which is the best spot for souvenirs at a decent price without the hassle of haggling. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the beach front. Overall, great experience and great value for money. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and we personally would stay again in the future.

Séjour agréable L’hôtel est situé au centre d’Agadir avec un parking à proximité. L’équipe est vraiment sympathique. Les chambres sont propres. L y a un axe de progression sur l’isolation phonique vis à vis de l’extérieur et l’aménagement autour de la piscine. Hôtel où l’on se sent en sécurité. La proximité d’une supérette, de banques , de boulangerie et restaurants sont un plus.

This hotel is an absolute DIVE! Avoid, it stinks, pool is green, the staff are rude. Never any staff to be seen n that’s if you do find them! The rooms are awful n disgusting! Clearly not cleaned properly! We were informed this is a motel not a hotel so ‘what do you expect’ good job the locals were nice or would’ve spoiled our time

I stayed this hotel twice. They should have better review rate. The area is very far from the beach. So It's not for anyone looks for resort holiday. Restaurants, cafes are plenty near by. I'd give them 9. Only one thing was bathroom door. It's very jard to open the shower room doot.

Unfortunately the disco noise until 24.00hrs Very noisy.Should sound proof the room where the disco takes place. At the end of the day good value for money.

Sleeping in Agadir I was here before but I found this hotel and the room this time disappointing, especially the bed. Too small with only a sheet. The blanquet was too heavy. WiFi was poor. Friendly and helpfull staff.

A very welcoming hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. The food was very good and served with a smile. The decor is a bit outdated but ok. Beds were fine. I would say good value for the money they charge and good luck to them.
