everything was great the lady by the réception was helpful nice service the location fabulous the negative point is the breakfast the is not so many options like a good buffet but anyway everything was perfect

El hotel esta muy bien situado. A unos 15 minutos andando de la playa y unos 5 de la zona centro. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas. La ducha y el baño algo gastados pero aceptable. El desayuno no me gusto es mucha bollería y nada de queso o cosas frescas. No vale la pena contratarlo si no lo tenéis incluido. Personal muy simpático.

Appart-hotel molto pulito e con parcheggio interno alla struttura custodito. La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima e simpatica come il personale. Camere ampie e appartamento spazioso. Unica pecca, l'ingresso della struttura, nascosto dentro una traversa di un grande viale di comunicazione. Non è facile trovarlo.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le personnel très gentil. La piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux. L'équipement des appartement est largement suffisant (frigo, clim, télé...) Merci pour votre accueil à bientôt.

So pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an open plan kitchen and a sitting room. The staff very kind and helpful with directions and tips. They even prepared for us a packed breakfast as we check out at 2.30am, including an espresso 'to go'! The location is also good, with 20 min walk to the ocean and 25 min walk to the souk. We will definitely return to this hotel when re visiting Agadir.

We were extremely impressed by this modest hotel, for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, to the packed breakfast they prepared for us as we check out at 2.30am (including an espresso to go!!). The rooms were very clean, the size of the rooms was very big, we were 3 ladies and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an open plan kitchen and sitting room! There are 2 lifts that work well, as well as an outdoor pool which we did not use as we did not have the time unfortunately. Really nothing to say against this hotel except well done to the team. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Avoid at all cost! - BEDDING WAS DIRTY AND SOMEONE ELSES **** JUICES WAS ON IT!!! - NOT A SINGLE NIGHT OF PROPER SLEEP, lifts went up and down every night WHOLE NIGHT! - beds are rock hard, pillows moderately ok-ish - place is spacious but very run down, half of equipment not working, locks, taps not working, bathrooms stinking of sewerage, powerful but leaking shower (to the outside of it) - breakfast diabolical - lifts fast and jerky - almost slipped on mopped floor as haven’t seen it in the dark and was no signs for WET FLOOR - stuff hardly speaks English, but friendly enough - surrounded by unkept grounds and pretty far from main ***** (30-40mins fast walk) Will never go back!!!

La résidence se trouve dans un nouveau quartier, supermarché à moins de 15min à pied, beaucoup de restau international à proximité, taxi en la résidence et le centre ville, moins de 2 euros, le bord de mer à 15 minutes. L'appart est grand, propre, fonctionnel, un petit déjeuner copieux servis même à 5h, et une rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Un personnel au top, Hanane et Brahim à la réception sont plus que professionnels et compétent et adorable. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse, vous représentez à merveille l'hospitalité marocaine.

Appartement hôtel, bien tenu ,propre et situé tout près des restos et commerces,plage à 1km500,personnel très sympathique et serviable .Le petit déjeuner (inclus )est très bien et appreciable et le patron est très attentionné aussi à ses clients
