Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa Reviews

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

This is a scam ! We were scammed of our money until now . The receptionist named Hajar has refused to let us check in me and my girlfriend due to law and regulations that goes like “ if couple don’t have marriage certificate then they cannot let you in “ the Moroccan law has changed this matter and regardless of this they didn’t let us get in . Me and my girlfriend we understood and the hotel promised to get us a refund . For two months now we speak to trip.com for our refund and nothing has happened , we spoke to hilton.com and nothing happened . We are going to take legal actions against these scammers , the is action isn’t supposed to be expected from 5star hotel . Everybody from the reception to the bartenders they give you the sedation that you have to tip them . They made feel sure that once we process the refund they will accept it , so we left without worrying to deal with it . I am extremely angry and disappointed about this . It is almost 150 usd of our hard earned money that I swear I will get it back no matter what ! Liars , scammers , never will stay at Hilton ever again !

It's a real heated swimming pool hahahaha, and the room is spacious with a large balcony, the restaurant's food is of high quality and tastes great. The desserts are exquisite. If you come to Morocco for vacation, I really recommend staying at this Hilton. The pasta is very authentic👍

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the center of Taghazout (40 minutes along the beach), the Moroccan restaurant offers a nice selection, and the breakfast is high-quality. However, the indoor pool and hammam are chargeable, and this wasn't mentioned during check-in, which could have been more comprehensive. The tennis court was undergoing maintenance, and the hotel didn't have all the necessary equipment to enjoy the facilities (pool tables: missing balls / multi-sport courts: no balls available), which was a shame. Access to the Calypso Beach Club is a real plus; we enjoyed the music and the food on offer.

The beach is great, but there is nothing nearby except the ocean and the beach. The rooms have everything you need, but are a bit shabby. The staff is great, pretty fast for Morocco. The breakfast is standard, only the glasses and mugs disappear quickly. The hotel was 90% full, but there is enough space for privacy. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, but this is a Hilton and you can't go anywhere nearby. In the evening there is live music, you can listen right from your room, very relaxing.

Very nice hotel, very nice place

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. It has four swimming pools and three restaurants. The staff are also very nice, but you can't check out late. .

Clean hotel and friendly staff, too bad the outdoor pools were cold and we were made to pay for one day of internet connection even though it was a mistake
