"This hotel was still undergoing renovations. That was not clear when booking. It really was half a ruin. Moreover, it all came across as very unprofessional. The room we booked for disabled people was certainly not suitable. Space was big enough, but the shower was barely accessible. In addition, the water flowed from the bathroom instead of towards the drain. So we had to mop more than we could shower. Reported this problem immediately, but it was not resolved. The pool is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps everywhere."

"The hotel has some presence and is well located. We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful (owner??) Who helped us with bike storage. Air-conditioning good and quiet. Rooms are clean but very dated as are the public rooms. Bathroom ditto. We didn't stay for breakfast but the owner wouldn't let us leave without a coffee and a croissant, this was very kind, thank you."

"We stayed here for one night before starting a self-guided tour (we could see a bus tour staying at the same time). At the time of checking in on a Sunday, we were told that their restaurant was not open for dinner. We were able to find dinner at La Grand Brasserie near the train station. Our room was 304, adjacent to the elevator, however we did not hear any noise. The room was small but adequate, with interesting decor of black and white zebra patterns, with red accents, and the bathroom was well equipped and decorous. The air conditioning was very good, for which we were grateful during a very hot time in June. For those needing access to a computer, one was available in the lobby. For those needing an iron, a room off the lobby was available with iron and ironing board. The breakfast in the morning was included, and was quite decent. Something worth noting for anyone wishing to buy postage stamps (I had purchased post cards but could not find international stamps) - there is a post office located right across the road."

"It's not right in front of Ajeng Station, but the road isn't too bad, so it's okay to drag a carrier. I made a reservation because they said it would have air conditioning, but the air conditioning was broken. They didn't change me to a different room, but instead lent me a fan. It was still comfortable and clean. The bathroom was much larger than necessary."

"Stayed in this amazing old house, on the first floor. It was -5 degrees outside but the huge room and huge bathroom were very nice and warm. We were greeted by the owner, apparently is was his grandmothers house. Wonderfully decorated Chateau. Car park was in front of the Chateau, and the owner de frosted the car windows in the morning for us when we left. Sort walk to the town center where there are many bars and restaurants. Incredible collection of items, pictures and furniture. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of local produce. Would Highly recommend"

"This hotel is a disaster. Avoid the restaurant at all costs, and don't believe the chef's writeup on the hotel's webpage; it's all hogwash. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. We were in France for two months and the dinner we were served, but could not eat, was the worst dinner of the entire trip. For starters, the gazpacho they served us was FERMENTING. The red wine was nearly vinegar, and they refused to take if off the bill when we sent it back. Hotel staff refused to make any adjustments to our bill for the dinner we didn't eat. There are some good hotels in Agen, this is not one of them. "
