The conditions encountered by our team and high-level guests forced us to consider alternative hotel options and even an early return to Yerevan. The most pressing issue was a pervasive bug infestation in guest rooms, which was particularly distressing for our participants, including European experts and government representatives. One guest alone reported over 50 bugs in her room, with insects found on the bed and pillows. In addition, inadequate room heating led some guests to sleep in winter hats and scarves, and some even shared rooms to stay warm, despite multiple polite requests for assistance that, unfortunately, went unaddressed. On top of these issues, I was dismayed by the unprofessional response of the event manager, Vanik. When I raised concerns about the insects, he responded dismissively and in an extremely aggressive manner, without offering any constructive solutions. The following day, he was entirely unreachable and did not come to the hotel, leaving only the front desk receptionist, who, despite his limited authority, made a genuine effort to assist. This receptionist, who can confirm the issues noted, was helpful and tried to address the situation to the best of his ability. The lack of cleanliness in rooms compounded the discomfort. Participants reported finding human hair on their bedding, further underscoring the lack of basic hygiene and quality control. Such oversights are unacceptable, especially when hosting high-level government officials and international guests.

One of the worst hotel. Very very cold rooms and full of firebugs even on the bed. Maybe this is nature but there is a limit! Management was denying the problems and was even agressive with colleagues who were complaining .I will never go again even if the view is very beautiful.

Отвратительно, просто ужасно😡Тараканы, в номере, мыши в фойе ресторана, входная дверь не герметична, дверь на балкон с отвалившейся петлей, вследствие чего продувает, как в поле. Заболели. Постельное белье дырявое, слив в душе плохо работает, в ванной холод собачий, из конвектора вместо горячего воздуха дует холодный, словом жуть🤦‍♀️Персонал не очень заморачивается в обращении с клиентами, на территории ни зги не видать, гололед и наледь, так, что в ресторан дойти без переломов уже большая удача. А ещё вещи в свой коттедж тащили вручную сами , потому что их-за гололеда машина не поднялась. В ресторане на мою просьбу поднять ужин в номер, потому что заболели ответили, что придется заплатить за ужин+20% за доставку. И это в том случае, когда ужин был оплачен, т. е. входил в пакет. Located in the forest, cottage was surrounded by amazing nature. Night lights playing in the white snow were the most beautiful phenomena I have ever seen. In side of this wonderland the service was poor. Temperature in the rooms was low and we had to take second manta. Assortment of food was also far away from good. In the early morning I saw cockroaches and It was the end of my patience.

Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. The rooms (301: 303) are dilapidated , bed utilities with holes from sigarette (photo attached) and even lamp were "tortured". The rooms and toilet were clean but pretty old, so it looked not esthetic . It is very disappointing when you pays 40.000amd for one day and receive such a retarded service.

The worst hotel I have ever been. Such a terrible service. We want to order something from restaurant for children, they told us they can’t prepare anything. I don’t even want to say something about the clearness. We are disappointed. I don’t recommend
