DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY!! BASIC OR BELOW!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! We paid top price for luxury and got very basic and inferior and dirty kitchen utensils. The manager had absolutely no idea of what is needed in a kitchen! We had to ask asked him for basic kitchen utensils and other basics. Crockery and cutlery were mismatched. Basic cooking utensils missing. We were plagued by mosquitoes. We paid in advance for breakfast but it was horrible so we made our own breakfast. There was no place in the kitchen for four of us to sit and eat breakfast. After a few days we gave up on the manager. He thought a bottle of wine could cover his total lack of ability!

Mosquitoes were a serious problem. The first night we could not sleep and I was up swatting bloody mosquitoes for hours. I was up most nights trying to kill them. We were here ten nights. We prepaid for breakfast. I went for breakfast only twice my wife went once. It was a disgrace, a great disappointment and waste of money.. It was easier to make breakfast in our villa. Villas were not properly kitted with the basics. We always had to ask for these: plates, dish clothes, detergent, dish dryer, cutting board, hangers and pegs. We received a filthy cutting board and dirty dish drying tray. Crockery and cutlery were generally mismatches. While there were 4 of us there was only 3 chairs at kitchen table and this blocked up the kitchen. No microwave or utensils to use in oven. Broken toilet seat. The manager really had no idea and was reactive and thought if he gave us a bottle of wine (refused!) that fixed things.

The worst experience of my whole 1 month trip of Greece This hotel deserves a big ZERO star Do not get fooled by the name , nothing luxurious there. 1. Jacuzzi dirty , they don’t clean between guests , the previous people body dirt was still in it 2. Sheets are dirty 3. Pillows are from someone’s home , old stinky 4. Bathroom doors have no locks 5. No shower doors , u shower and there’s water all the way to living room The only good thing are the hosts ! Even when u call their head office and send them pictures they don’t give a dam cause they already got paid ! Oh , let me not forget that every night bunch of old men like 50 -60 of them get together to watch soccer match and scream and yell for at least 2h !
