ABC Sweet Home

This is our favourite place to stay in corfu. We have been coming here for the last 12 years (sometimes twice a year). Very good value set in a tropical paradise but what makes it especially nice for us is the owners Nonde and Stella who have always been welcoming and have since become good friends and will do anything for you( my wife says nonde is her greek second husband). Try Nondes pizzas and cooked english breakfast they are lovely and as for the drinks we'll they will say tell me when to stop ( no measures here). Nonde sometimes does a bbq night which is superb value with loads of greek food . The ***** is only 20 minutes walk away with nice restaurants and bar. We are so looking forward to returning at the end of June. See you then Nonde and Stella. Xxx

Nondes, Stella and Jenny have been so friendly and helpful throughout our first visit to Sidari. They arranged taxis and recommended shops and restaurants. The pool side bar has a range of snacks, breakfasts and a delicious greek salad! The pool and outdoor area is beautiful and there are plenty of sun loungers and places to relax. What can I say, Nondes Stella, run a home from home with the help of the lovely Christina. This is why they have so many regulars of varying ages, returning year after year. Hopefully, we will join that merry band in the coming years. You can join in the craic or just be by yourself no pressure. Friendly relaxed atmosphere, Nothing is too much trouble, with Nondes even providing ad hoc taxi service (FOC) when needed. Accomodation whilst basic is more than adequate. With maid service every 3 days. Beautiful pool set in tropical surroundings, which is well tended. There are plenty of sunbeds with well padded cushions🩷 We are looking forward to seeing our new Pals next year and for many years to come. Cait & Alan Ashe

This is a lovely family run complex. Nonde, Stella and family were really helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble for them. The accomadation was basic, but had everything we needed. The main ***** was approx 15 mins walk away. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, which was great for children and families.

This complex wold ordinarily be our ideal holiday destination being that it is small and not too close to the hubbub of the town centre, however, this is a very mixed review based on our experience. On arrival at the complex, we were shocked at the very dated room we were allocated and despite a request to move, we were told this was not possible as they were fully booked. We later realised that there were possibly 1 or 2 rooms which hadn't benefitted from a refurb based on what we saw of other room's interiors and the patio doors, you'll see from the photos how insecure we realised our room was. A refurb was very much overdue for this room and you will see from the photos exactly what we mean. On our first night, we flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom when we showered, so it took some careful thoughts on the best way to approach how to do this and not need to mop the floor each evening. This resulted in bending over the shower tray to wash hair then wetting our bodies in the shower and turning off the water to soap ourselves and turn the water back on to rinse off. All of this whilst ensuring you maintained the water directed to the wall otherwise the water pressure would move the shower curtain from dripping into the tray and you'd be liable to the flooding situation again! Other than that, in our view, the room needed a deep clean. The black mould in the bathroom was terrible, the bathroom door would have benefitted from a thorough wipe down, the skirting boards needed cleaning and it looked like the wardrobe door mouldings had never been cleaned - one evening I used a baby wipe to clean a few bits and was shocked by the muck I removed in a short time. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, the staff on the complex were friendly and the pool, bar and remainder of the complex were lovely with very comfortable sunbeds and very clean pool area plus good food from the bar.
