Manoula's Beach Mykonos Resort

Manoulas beach hotel always exceeds my expectations. This was my third time staying at Manoulas and have always loved the tranquility of the hotel, excellent staff and amenities and how this hotel is always nicely maintained and retains its Mykonean aesthetic without any unnecessary fuzz! Thank you to the lovely staff who made our stay memorable once again!

On a vraiment adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel! Dès l’arrivée, on a été accueillis avec le sourire, dans une ambiance agréable et détendue. Le personnel est super gentil, toujours dispo et efficace. L’endroit est ultra propre, autant les parties communes que la chambre. Et parlant de la chambre… on avait une vue sur la mer absolument magnifique — gros coup de cœur! Elle était spacieuse, confortable et bien climatisée, parfait après une journée au soleil. Le petit déjeuner, inclus dans le séjour, était varié et vraiment bon chaque matin. Et le snack-bar en journée? Excellentes petites bouchées, parfaites pour relaxer sur place. Le soir, il y a plein de restos à quelques minutes de marche — on a bien mangé tous les soirs sans devoir se casser la tête. Et pour visiter les environs, un arrêt de bus est juste devant l’hôtel. Très pratique, pas cher, et ça permet d’aller explorer sans stress. Bref, on a passé un moment génial et on n’hésiterait pas une seconde à revenir. On recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et le sourire aux lèvres. Le personnel est non seulement sympathique, mais aussi très efficace – tout se fait rapidement et avec professionnalisme. Les lieux sont impeccables. Tout est d’une propreté irréprochable, autant dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres. Justement, parlant des chambres : nous avions opté pour celles avec vue sur la mer… WOW! La vue était tout simplement spectaculaire – un vrai coup de cœur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien climatisées et très bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et offrait une belle variété d’options savoureuses chaque matin. En journée, nous avons aussi profité du snack-bar : tout ce que nous avons goûté était délicieux. En soirée, plusieurs excellents restaurants sont accessibles à pied autour de l’hôtel, parfait pour varier les soupers. Et pour ceux qui veulent se rendre au centre de l’action, un arrêt d’autobus se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel – très pratique et seulement 2 euros par personne. Bref, un séjour mémorable. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it is well located, pretty much next door to Hippie Fish, and although this was the hotel where Shirley Valentine was filmed it bears no resemblance to how it was. The staff are lovely, particularly Costas on reception. Breakfast is very good, though a tea pot would have been a welcome addition (they had them at the bar but not in breakfast area), the pool area is absolutely stunning with Bali beds, or sun beds in the pool - there is am awful lot of posing for social media going on as both the area and the sea view beyond is amazing. There is no towels on sun beds happening here. The snack bar is good, and although expensive, not as expensive as other bars/restaurants in the area . There is a bus stop straight outside the hotel, 2 euros into Mykonos Town. They run every half hour. A taxi is 30 euros. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard - room equipped with fridge. Pool towels are provided. Couple additions I think would have been essential given the price - coffee machine or facilities in the room. I asked for a kettle from reception, then had to ask at the bar for cups and buy our own tea, coffee and milk from the shop. Wine glasses in the room, you just get tumblers which we used as toothbrush mugs. Bottle of water in the fridge - particularly on arrival. We arrived at 11 pm, there was no water, no shop and hotel bar was closed. There are also no sun beds provided on the beach, although this is described as a beach resort. The restaurants have them and they are limited in supply and very expensive (between 80 and 180 euro a day). All in all would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We stayed for 11 nights, but many people seem to just come for a couple of nights and move on.

My wife and I stayed at the Manoulas Resort for 3 days in July. I wanted to take a moment to share about our extremely positive experience. First, the staff is amazing and very helpful. They confirmed rides for us, pick up times, and even greeted us as we pulled in from our day’s outing asking if we had a great time. The service team was so friendly and fun. The bar staff and servers for the wonderful breakfast everyday were attentive. The facility is gorgeous and the rooms were impeccable upon arrival and restored when we were out of the room. The pool area is beautiful, constantly cleaned and well maintained. Finally, as we left on the last day of our stay, I suddenly realized that I left my carry-on bag sitting on the chair in the lobby as I was checking in our luggage for our flight. We still had 2 hours before we flew out (pays to get to the airport a bit early). I called Manoulas. They said to call them back in 5 minutes. When I called they had arranged for a driver to drop my carry-on off at the departure gate!! The driver arrived 15 minutes later with my carry-on. WOW!! What service!!! I can’t thank Manoulas enough for their help. Our stay was awesome and if you go, find a server named Christiana, she was so fun!!
