Worst experience ever In the photos everything looks great - but the reality is different This hotel has ruined all our expectations, we have never had such a bad experience in our lives. Let's start with how we found our room - toilet that constantly flushes, stuffy and stale room, ants, non-working air conditioning, big scratches on the glass of the pool, dirty pillows and bad smelling towels and sheets. We checked in very late and were tired, so we reported it to the reception the next day after breakfast, they assured us that everything will be fixed by the end of the day, very unprofessional, unfriendly and we felt and understood that they do not care about the needs of the guests and their reputation. Another room was not available as they were fully booked or they did not want to do it. Nothing was done on the same day as they promised, but also on the following days. Toilet that keeps flushing itself - was not fixed A/C not working - the next day we saw a worker checking something in our neighbors room so I asked him if he was there to check the A/C - he said yes but he didn't have the information to check our room too so we kindly asked him to do it. We also talked to our neighbors and their A/C was completely out of order and they couldn't sleep all night. Big scratches on the glass of the pool, also they didn't even clean the pool (we had a shared pool with two other rooms), on the second day I cut my big toe badly in the pool and my boyfriend went to the reception for first aid, my boyfriend got an answer from the receptionist that I could have cut my toe in another place but not in their hotel, thus implying that it is not true and gave him just a band-aid, the lady got angry at him that he has complaints and gave very unprofessional answers, he also told them about other problems we had and the lady pretended or maybe she really didn't know, again because of their unprofessional attitude. On the last day of our stay an ant control worker came - so you can draw your own conclusion. I don't want to say more about their breakfast, which was the same every day, bad and tasteless, about the parking and the location. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for the services they offered, 200 euros per night for such a disgusting hotel, no service, no excuses, nothing. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Avoid it completely.

Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 4*… les photos du site ne représentent pas la réalité… manque de propreté, climatisation ne fonctionnant pas très bien, dans la chambre Economy pas de machine à café, malgré ma demande de payer pour ce service? Réponse négative… une douche minuscule sans cabine et accolée aux toilettes! Télécommande de la télévision défectueuse. Malgré ma demande auprès de la réceptionniste, rien n’a été fait! Sans parler du reste… un bar de piscine inexistant, par manque de personnel! J’ai demandé un upgrade de ma chambre , avec supplément de prix bien entendu, il n’y avait aucune possibilité, alors que sur le site Booking il y avait de la disponibilité ! Bizarre non? Je connais bien la Crète, pour y séjourner régulièrement mais cet hôtel a été d’une grande déception…. A fuir absolument! Je privilégie les petits hôtels avec un vrai service et un accueil digne des Crétois!

We booked 3 nights at this hotel in a share pool with sea views. We arrived to be told there was a problem with our room and they were putting us in another room for the first night. We were put in a small room with the tiniest shower and bathroom I have ever seen. This was their basic room at considerably less cost than the room we had booked. No apology, no offer of compensation. When we complained loudly we were offered a free meal. We went to the restaurant that night and were given the menus. When they came to take our order I mentioned we had a free meal as compensation. They immediately gathered up our menus and said there was a problem. We were then handed the very basic half board menus. Once again we raised our voices and were given back the a la Carter’s menus. The next morning we waited and waited for our correct room to be available. We were told the cleaners on that floor didn’t start till 11am (even though they were around on other floors at 10am). We packed our bags and waited in reception and eventually were given the keys to our share pool room at 12.15pm. No offer of help with bags to relocate. This hotel is lacking in maintenance and cleaning standards are low. The staff are not particularly friendly and there are not many smiles. Fortunately our other hotels in Crete were a much more pleasant experience.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous étions en demi-pension. Le personnel est super agréable et disponible. Petit déjeuner très complet. Les repas du soir changent tous les jours (attention c'est très copieux pour les petits & moyens appétits 😉). Piscine super agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer, plage à proximité. Parking sur place gratuit. Un seul bémol avec une douche exiguë (chambre standard vue mer). Mais cela n'a rien enlevé à la beauté et quiétude de ce séjour.

Nous avions une chambre avec piscine à partager,avec transat privé il est dommage de ne pas avoir de parasol, il manque aussi de quoi faire sécher maillot et serviettes Les salles de bain sont petites Le buffet du matin est correct par contre je déconseille la demie pension : plat servi froid, une cuisine qui se veut élaborée mais qui ne l est en aucun cas il est dommage de ne pas faire de la cuisine locale si savoureuse Enfin je trouve que cet hôtel est surclassé: quand vous arrivez d une chambre à l autre des choses ont été omis (bouteille d eau, peignoir, serviettes piscine) il faut réclamer Pour faire réparer un dérouleur de papier toilette il faut attendre 2 jours Cela est fort dommage car il y a tout pour faire un très bel hôtel entre autre la vue

Great location and the view is awesome. Has a lot more potential to be honest. Rooms were very good although some details prove that they could be a lot cleaner and i cannot accept that in the price given the TV is not smart. Personally i hate when showers don’t have a door and the whole bathroom becomes soaking wet. Bathroom in particular needs more attention regarding a customers hygiene. Essence is in the negative aspects that can be improved. Overall a fair choice. Gotta say that the whole staff was EXCELLENT AND VERY KIND AND HELPFUL and the breakfast was very good.
