We (my father and I) had the best stay at this two bedroom apartment. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Two bathrooms and living room/kitchen area well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, boiler, microwave etc. Agnes is the sweetest host and did everything to make us fell welcome and and helped us with anything from a birthday cake, to answer questions about where to go and eat. I’m blown away over this fine young woman, the beautiful apartment and the spectacular view over the sea. I highly recommend this jewel. There’s a self check in with a code and a key box - really easy. There’s an elevator which was perfect since I had my father with me who doesn’t walk so well. I travel a lot and knows when I meet something special like this apartment! There’s a nearby next door car rental which we used and we could park there if no parking space outside the apartment. Best experience best service and best apartment - as simple as that!

Extremely clean , modern apartment . Why would you choose a boring hotel room when you can enjoy your own spacious apartment ! We certainly did , an en-suite bedroom , fabulous shower ,the most comfortable bed . A very well equipped kitchen , huge fridge , dining area , lounge area with smart tv , Netflix . Lovely balcony to enjoy stunning sea views , morning , noon and night . Perfect location , a short walk to the right (does involve steps ) to a well stocked supermarket , restaurants ,all of which were excellent and a lovely beach where you can walk into the crystal clear water . Then you have on your left ( down the steps );the most fabulous walk along the sea front 10 minutes to the town where there are numerous restaurants and shops . The bus station is a 10 minute walk ( up some steps ) and there you have the opportunity to get a bus , reliable and high standard to lots of places around the Island . Finally a mention to the host for the apartment Agne . Very responsive , who you can contact with any queries or questions . We had a difficulty with a pre booked taxi on departure that didn’t t arrive and that’s when you need a local contact in your moment of panic ! Agne sorted it all and was so reassuring . We will recommend the Citrus apartments to our friends and family without hesitation so that says it all .

Wir haben zwei traumhaft schöne Wochen im Citrus Exclusive verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Agne kümmert sich großartig um ihre Gäste und um die Apartments, die sehr gut ausgestattet und makellos sauber sind. Ich war im September 2022 eine Woche alleine in einem 1 Zimmer Apartment und war so begeistert, dass ich in diesem Jahr mit meiner Schwester ein 2 Zimmer Apartment buchte. Die Lage ist grandios: wenige Fußminuten zu einer kleinen Bucht, wo wir morgens immer schwimmen waren, viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, ein Supermarkt in der Parallelstraße, das Zentrum und der Hafen sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Ágios Nikólaos hat gute Busverbindungen nach Ierápetra, Sitía, Pláka (Spinalónga), Eloúnda, Kritsá und anderen Städten, daher haben wir uns gegen ein Mietauto entschieden. Die Apartments haben alle Meerblick und verfügen über große Balkone, teilweise auch Terrassen. Es ist alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Pflegeprodukte in den Bädern, sehr bequeme Matratzen und Kissen und vieles mehr. Das Housekeeping-Team Irina und Georgia sorgen dafür, dass alles makellos sauber ist. Agne wird seit diesem Jahr von Manos und Mara unterstützt, die sich ebenfalls bestens um uns kümmerten und jederzeit per WhatsApp oder Telefon erreichbar waren. Herzlichen Dank! This is one of those gems you just want to keep for yourself, so no one else will find it - but that wouldn't be fair to the wonderful trio, Agnes, Manos and Mara, who are managing this fantastic hotel. We stayed here a week in August, family of two adults and two kids. The apartment is fantastic, chic design, clean and spacious, has all necessities you could ask for. We booked the Premium +, as we wanted to have cleaning service everyday. On top of that we got a fridge filled with goodies, fresh bread, wine, fruit and bakeries as a welcome gift. The cleaner also left freshly baked cookies everyday. The view is to die for and the hotel is very well situated, close to a great supermarket (literally 1 minut away) nice beach and just a short walk to city center. The team who runs this place go out of their way to help you get the best stay. From welconing you on your first day to seeing you off when you leave. Thanks Manos for helping us with the suitcase that refused to open and for sending home the toy plushie and handbag my daughter forgot - you guys are truly amazing, can't thank you enough for being that kind. My daughter adores you!! We are already planning on revisit and came to the conclusion that it will be very hard fining any hotel that will match our experience here. Until we see you next time!

Comfortable apartment that has everything you need, include really everything. Good service. You can ask the staff any request, include restaurants suggestions, order a place in restaurants, order trsnsfer from/to airport, any questions or suggestions. The service has given in high standards. If you leave the apartment and have a long time waiting for flight, you can wait at guest room with TV, bath room, gym, storage lockers and more. You have a good supermarket very close to apartment, about 150 m to north direction on the sea road.

Great modern room with all the amenities in a very good location within walking distance of a lovely sandy beech. We had great views of the bay and easy access to the town and centre. The rooms were spotless and very spacious.
