From start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time and can’t say enough good things! Everything was perfect – from the food to the beach, to the outstanding service. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a great mood. They all made us feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Katerina – she was always there for us, supported us with everything, and truly went above and beyond to make every wish come true. Thanks to her, my girlfriend’s birthday became an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel is stylish and feels quite new. It offers great facilities – multiple pools, a private beach, and a lovely dinner with a variety of options to choose from. We really enjoyed these aspects of our stay. However, the service was disappointing. The staff generally does only what is strictly required – nothing more. There’s no going the extra mile, no compensation offered when issues arise, and overall, no real sense of hospitality or customer care. It often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Be aware that this is not a typical five-star experience in terms of extras. The room amenities are minimal – don’t expect welcome kits or additional comforts. A key issue: some rooms have a step in the middle of the floor, which can be a tripping hazard. Also, many rooms are located on upper floors without elevator access, so if you have mobility concerns make sure to confirm your room’s location in advance.

Maria was very professional and tended to all my needs. She always made sure that the pressure is right and that I’m feeling good and relaxed. The atmosphere in the massage room was also very nice and relaxing.

Fabulous hotel perfect if you just want to relax. Pools were lovely main pool was amazing with underwater music. The loungers really were sumptuous . Sandy beach just across the quiet road fabulous sun loungers provided for hotel guests. Ring bell for service. Food great 5 different restaurants although all housed together. Need to reserve restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped . Lovely spa area. All in all a fabulous relaxing holiday .

Myself and my Fiance stayed at this hotel last week and from start to finish we were not disappointed. We were so happy to be greeted so kindly and to find out we had been upgraded to a wonderful room with our very own private pool. We received a superb welcoming congratulations in our room upon arrival. The hotel grounds are so clean and wonderfully presented. The staff are absolutely exceptional in every way and the Food was a gastronomic excellence. We highly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the steakhouse the chefs are wonderful. The spa ladies are so lovely and gave the most wonderful massage. The private beach is at the doorstep also. We loved this hotel and will definitely be returning. Absolutetly splendid 5 star!! :)

We booked 9 nights at the Paralos Kosta Alimia on the strength of its Tripadvisor reviews and we weren't disappointed! We arrived late and following a hitch with our assigned room we were generously compensated and what followed was exemplary. The food was the best quality all-inclusive we have ever encountered. Three course a la carte menus (for lunch and dinner if required), extensive wine, cocktails and quality beer and spirits and a huge choice of breakfasts, all served by the most helpful and cheerful waiters and waitresses you could ever wish for. If you are in need of rest and relaxation look no further. We have never stayed in such a quiet room. Literally heard nothing from another room for our entire stay. We enjoyed a lovely massage in the spa, shout out to Eugenia and Athina. Thank you. The pool area is beautifully designed and so quiet and relaxing, as is the private hotel beach which boasts waiter service and luxurious sunbeds which are included in the stay. Our only slight disappointment was being unable to swim in the sea due to a band of sharp rocks stretching the width of much of the beach. Even with shoes it was virtually impossible to go in further than knee deep. We took a boat ride from Hersonissos and got our fix of sea swimming as it was included in the trip! There is a strong presence from the management team (shout out to Katerina) who ensure you have a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a hotel where you are made to feel that your comfort and satisfaction really matters.
