The hotel is stylish and feels quite new. It offers great facilities – multiple pools, a private beach, and a lovely dinner with a variety of options to choose from. We really enjoyed these aspects of our stay. However, the service was disappointing. The staff generally does only what is strictly required – nothing more. There’s no going the extra mile, no compensation offered when issues arise, and overall, no real sense of hospitality or customer care. It often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Be aware that this is not a typical five-star experience in terms of extras. The room amenities are minimal – don’t expect welcome kits or additional comforts. A key issue: some rooms have a step in the middle of the floor, which can be a tripping hazard. Also, many rooms are located on upper floors without elevator access, so if you have mobility concerns make sure to confirm your room’s location in advance.
