Een prima resort hotel maar voor ons te druk/massaal. Kwaliteit van t eten kon beter. Tevens soms smalle paadjes bij het buffet waardoor men elkaar in de weg loopt. Duivenpoep op het balkon (werd wel elke dag schoongemaakt), badkamervloer was niet gedweild, luide muziek bij het zwembad.

This is our last full day at Serita Beach hotel. We have been here for 9 nights and was here the same last October 2024! After having such a lovely holiday last year we came back with the family and grandchildren. This hotel is very good value for the cost… The staff are all amazingly friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean / room serviced everyday with fresh linen/towels. Its more than adequate for 4* . The food is amazing with so much choice always fresh, fish, meat, lamb , salads - what ever you want . There are 3 seperate restaurants greek, Italian & shushi each offer lovely service and food . Breakfast has everything you could want . I have read bad reviews on the food here and all i can say is you must expect gourmet food at 4* prices- the food is delicious !! Cocktails are nice , again not fancy but you can pay if you want that, all inclusive drinks are adequate and generous served by friendly bar staff The entertainment team are super fun and so friendly. Theres a spa we have had massages which were lovely. Sunbeds and pools are nice and the beds are very comfy. We recommend this and say look beyond any negative reviews as it lovely!! Theres a lovely jewellery shop inside hotel with the man that makes the jewellery his name is Thanossis and he is lovely, i bought an earring and pendant set handmade that is beautiful!! All in all for the price we recommend this hotel as a lovely stay , relaxing with nice surroundings, beach and bars! Hope to see them again after renovations starting next month. Thank you for a great holiday , weather was amazing too , in the late 20’s for october!!

The manager delivered a very nice gesture to me and my partner to celebrate our engagement he is definitely a people person the hotel staff are excellent nothing is any trouble to them. The food is excellent and rooms very clean I would definitely recommend this hotel it gives a family atmosphere. Very relaxed and chilled

We visited for 7 nights as a couple and really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, amazing view of the sea, stocked with water daily. All staff really friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely, and the animation team give a really good vibe with lots to do in the daytime. The sunset over the water is incredible and the hotel pool bar has a great view. Breakfast and lunch had a lot of choice, but there is also poolside options as well which makes it flexible. Personally we didn’t have dinner at the hotel as there are better options at nearby Analipsi and Heronissos. Top Tip - download the Freenow App as works same as uber and is cheap and easy to travel around. Overall would highly recommended and would visit again!

We stayed for 10 nights at the start of June. Our travel operator rated the hotel at 4 star with the hotel itself rating is 5 star and in turn meant paying €15/night in environmental tax. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels in different areas of the world but I would say 3 star here would be generous. The general state of the hotel is tired and in need of an upgrade. We paid extra for a seafront bungalow but what we got was nothing like the bright airy pictures advertised. We anticipated lots of light with double patio doors but what we got was a big steel door and small window, this meant there wasnt much natural daylight. It was advertised as we would have a mini bar in the room but in reality it was a fridge with 1 bottle of water. Whilst towels and bedding were changed regularly we did have 1 day the room wasn't serviced at all. The room cleaners also didn't restock toilet roll in our toilet and after a week we had to call reception. We were told someone would bring some but after an hour we had to call back and was told it would be another hour as the person delivering it was busy. There was also never any hot water. On the plus side, whilst we had 2 single beds rather than a double, the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was also very good. We only used the pool furthest from the main building which was always clean and the sun loungers were really comfortable. We were surprised by the food options from a 4 or 5 star hotel. We didn't bother at all with breakfast but lunch and dinner was repetitive. At lunch the a la carte restaurant was open for self service with the exact same items available every day. The main restaurant at lunch and dinner had more variety but was strangely laid out where diners would have to squeeze past each other to get to items. The choices available in the main restaurant also wasn't what we expected from a 4 or 5 star hotel. We went to 2 of the a la carte restaurant which was nice although we were surprised at having to make our food choices at the time of booking. The Italian a la carte wasn't a relaxing experience as it felt like the staff wanted you in and out as quickly as they could. The Greek a la carte was great although we were surprised at no tea or coffee available after a nice meal at any of the a la carte. During the day we only used the pool bar for drinks which was a combination of self service and bar staff service which was always fine. The main bar after dinner was a bit of a joke to be honest. Very rarely seen any more than 1 staff member serving in the only open bar in the hotel leading to an almost constant half an hour queue. At times the cleanliness in some parts of the hotel wasn't great which was disappointing. I had read on here how great the entertainment team were but our experience was they only really engaged with the French speaking guests. All in all a really disappointing experience and 1 we wouldn't wish to repeat.

good viry good i liked in the hotel in the People in the activities very nice goodtime internatiomal entertainment and Coralia group. The food is very good and we will recommend to friends and family. We will be back as soon as possible absolutely

Wow, what a fabulous hotel. I stayed here with my 17 year old daughter and felt completely safe and relaxed. All staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help make your holiday the best. The staff work extremely hard and all services are excellent. Great selection of food and drink, catering for all needs. The hotel and grounds are immaculately clean and well kept. We loved the salt water pools. We stayed in a villa, with very comfy beds and with beautiful views over the smaller pool, bar and sea. Daytime activities and evening entertainment were professional, fun and enjoyable. Great mix of international visitors to the hotel. I had two excellent massages with Thodoris, who is a training to be a physio as a therapist myself I can be quite fussy but he was brilliant and highly recommend. We did go in the sea, wear beach shoes it’s slippy and rocky but once you’re in it’s wonderful. There is a lovely shop in the hotel. We enjoyed the themed restaurant, great food and views over the ocean. We loved having breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace and were well looked after by the hardworking staff. I booked through TUI flights and transfers were on time and felt I had lots of regular updates and support if needed. Many thanks for a most wonderful and relaxing stay we really did have the best time.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms. Clean, spacious. We were located in the side buildings from the main hotel. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoyed the themed food evenings away from the main restaurant. Food could be hotter than it was. Salads, breads, desserts really nice. Drinks not the greatest, but I found mixing grapefruit and orange together quite pleasant. Long walk to the main bus stop all uphill also! Hire a car if you want to see around the area. I would return here.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is advertised by TUI as 5* hotel, yet it shouldn’t have even 4*. Food is quite bad, flavourless, mildly warm. Hotel beach is small and badly maintained, permanent red flag and pipes (sewer?) coming straight to water. Furnitures old (and I mean like 20 years old), fungus on ceiling, falling paint on the walls. Just no.
