Going to this hotel was a nightmare; after entering my experiences are as following 1.Light in the lift was not working. 2. In the corridor there were insects and gutkha spits 3. Discarded furniture was kept in the corridor, with empty alcohol bottles, which had attracted mosquitoes and flies. 4. Bed sheet had spit spots, though they changed it after multiple requests. 5. Curtain was broken, wasroom was unhygienic 6. In the night we saw cockroaches in the room, that's when we decided to leave the hotel and booked another hotel, but the staff harassed us and didn't allow us to checkout, we spoke to the GM of this hotel through one guy's phone then they allowed us to checkout. 7. I forgot my blazer in the room, which when I went to collect in the hotel, they refused to return, when we found it in the room, this guy in the picture ran behind us to hit us. 8. Staff threatened us saying "This is not Delhi we can hit you and show you that this is Agra" Please be aware before booking this hotel that staff is aggressive and unprofessional ***** with all the issues i mentioned above.

Room is not clean, expired water bottle provided and bed covers was dirty. i was disappointed to find the room

Nice place, good service and clean room & hotel, staff also supported, i will suggest need to be visit
