No warm water, you have to take water from other room, washroom was dirty, bed sheets are dirty. Phone was not working, you have to call from your phone for any service. Dirty buckets was provided. It's not good for kids. But room rent is high acc to their service.

Ac was not working. Hotel staff was not corporate. No any attended to give water after 80 minutes to arrival at hotel. The response of reception staff is very poor. Overall hotel staff directly blamed to company. Why are you booking directly from the company, hotel staff is not responsible for adm issues. And advised you direct complaint to the company for repair the ac.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel room, the staff was not corporate at all, instead of water in the bathroom, mud also used to come, ***** with the beds were absolutely dirty, there was no dustbin
