"we stayed last weekend for a triathlon competition, the hotel had an agreement with the event. I found the reception staff unprepared, first of all they didn't give any information on the hotel services, I had to ask for the breakfast time, they hadn't foreseen a storage area where to put the bikes, they hadn't foreseen an advance breakfast time for the guests. athletes on race day, did not provide post-race support rooms to take a shower. The hotel pools are thermal and still too cold to swim with children, and obviously in the entire pool area but also at the reception there is a typical spa smell (rotten eggs), I would recommend the hotel to put flowers or perfume the reception. The mediocre breakfast, the undrinkable machine coffee, the croissants and hazelnut cream of very low quality, the simple daisy-type cakes and the empty croissants are good. The room is nothing special, the bathroom needs improvement, old sanitary ware. The only good thing is the location because it is close to the town and there is a beautiful equipped beach underneath the structure."

The hotel is a friendly and very well-organised owner, providing precise information on all the cultural, bathing and culinary attractions of the area. Excellent quality/price ratio. I couldn't give a single tip on something to improve. In fact, no. There are pictures of the Lupin anime, which I loved, but, and this is unacceptable, misses on all the mythical Zenigata. Here. Put us also Zenigata!!! 😂. It's a joke, really compliments"

"Good staff, good rooms, middle of nowhere, manager is a tyrant, refused to provide any chairs outside near pool for guests!! There were 48 of us plus a tour guide temperature was 35 deg every day we were there. He will not heat a good review from any of us. He lost a lat of money as most of us bought drinks from outside the hotel to drink on our balconies."
