Agrospito is a lovely guest house. A sympathetically renovated old, traditional, building. Our room was very 'quaint' with sufficient, although not overwhelming, cooking facilities and fridge so provision of our own breakfast was easy. There were a lot of small touches such as the wine bottle and walnuts provided. The room was a good size for 2 people with a separate sleeping area. Staying in a cold April we wondered whether it would be warm enough at night but there was no problem. The room stayed warm but there were also radiators, if needed. The location is fairly high above Agros, so has good views and a lovely roof-top seating area. We were concerned it might not be easy to find but it is well signposted within the town, especially if coming down from the main road from Troodos direction. The owner may not be present when you arrive but lives nearby. Be prepared to telephone him. Very welcoming. The Guest House is on a steep hill and our own room had steep stairs. This did not bother us. Other rooms may, in any case, not have the stairs as the rooms looked as if they could all be different – so ask if you have mobility problems. We also found the safety lighting quite bright so take eye covers if you are sensitive to light at night. Again, this may not be the same in other rooms. In April there was a shortage of early eating places in the town so our evening meal was at the Rodon hotel. There are a couple of tavernas up there which were open when we left the hotel but we don't know what time they open.
