Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra experiencia en Río Perlas. Fuimos con un grupo de adulto mayor y niños. Los jardines espectaculares, los cuartos muy cómodos y limpios, muy bien servicio en el restaurante y el bar. Fuimos a explorar la catarata, los senderos, y una piscina privada. Very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the room was not ready at the designated check-in time. The receptionist consistently showed a complete lack of customer service and maintained a dismissive attitude (like "not my business"), repeatedly telling us she couldn’t provide an estimated time for when the room would be ready. When we were finally given access to the room, it was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. We asked to speak with the manager, but were told multiple times over the course of four hours that she was unavailable. Ultimately, we decided to leave. Additionally, the pool were so dirty and stagnant water due the lot of "day pass people" even when the hotel was full occupancy, what for me is a mistake. Finally a manager with "no time for the guest" is a terrible mistake. Quite the opisite the restaurant client service and food are the best of the hotel.

Aspectos por mejorar: conectividad a Internet en habitaciones pues solo existe en áreas comunes (restaurante, piscinas, recepción) disponibilidad de paños de piscina pues rápido se acabaron y no repusi

This place is a total enigma. The grounds are stunning, the rooms are big and beautiful. It looks like they put a ton of money into it. But oh how they miss the details! In a few short hours we experienced the following: our order of 2 ceviches and two beers took 15 minutes to come despite there being only 4 other people in the restaurant. And it was wrong and had to go back. The pool attendant had the personality of a prison guard. Then the power went out. Then when it came back on the coffee machine didn’t function. I had arranged in advance a meeting with the manager Paola about an excellent business opportunity with our significant hiking association that could bring hundreds of guests to her hotel, and she stood up 2 minutes into the conversation while I was in mid sentence to take a call and left me sitting there for 15 minutes and never returned. Not so much as an “excuse me, but…”. Nothing. Zilch. I walked out thankful that I got to witness all of this to steer our organization away from here! What a shame!

Lugar tranquilo, lindos lugares para caminar, la comida no muy buena

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero al no tener internet en las habitaciones, es un gran problema, para las personas que viajamos por trabajo.
