Rooms are large and spacious, and have a beautiful view. The bathrooms are also clean and big. Buffet breakfast that was included was good, and our server, Emerson, was kind and attentive.

Ótimo hotel. Muito bem decorado, muito bem estruturado e com funcionários bastante atenciosos. Café da manhã com muitas opções e ótima comida. Fomos muito bem atendidos durante o café da manhã pelo Emerson, que foi muito atencioso e gentil.

A causa di un disguido con nostro hotel, ci ci siamo trovati senza struttura per pernotto al nostro arrivo serale a Aguas Calientes. Siamo entrati in questo hotel dove ci è subito piaciuta l'atmosfera. Bella e pulita la camera, con vista sulla città. Un poco rumorosa con le finestre aperte quando il treno per il paese. Ci hanno anche dato un voicher per un pisco sour in un vicino bar. Ottima la colazione, con inizio alle 05.00, abbondante scelta di frutta, succhi e prodotti salati. Molto gentile e disponibile Melay alla reception.

Esse hotel foi um achado. Tive uma grata surpresa. O Joseph da recepção era altamente simpático e prestativo, o quarto era super aconchegante e cheio de mimos, café da manhã delicioso e a todo momento pude me deliciar com vários tipos de chá e café.

Hotel fenomenal. Fomos atendidos pela Melcy que nos ajudou bastante e foi muito atenciosa. Localização perfeita, ao lado do ponto de ônibus (para subir a Machu Picchu) e da estação de trem. Para saber, esta localização é extremamente privilegiada pois fica no melhor ponto da cidade, com certeza. Dormi com o som do rio (som bem alto), que ajuda muito no sono. O hotel fornece chás, águas e cafés de graça. Café da manhã também com qualidade superior. Ficamos em um quarto com hidromassagem, que por sinal era super moderna.

Une très bonne adresse loin de tous les hôtels miteux à touristes et hors de prix! Très propre, très bien placé, chambres spacieuses, très bon petit dejeuner. N’hésitez pas même si les tarifs semblent élevés car dans ce passage obligatoire pour le Machu Picchu tout est hors de prix et souvent pitoyable… Une valeur sûre!!!

Ottimo hotel utilizzato purtroppo per troppe poche ore!! Camera super con vasca idromassaggio ed ottima zona doccia veramente confortevole. Buona la colazione e la cortesia del personale. Caratteristica la sua collocazione a lato del binario del treno che al suo passaggio infrange ogni barriera del suono!!!

What a fantastic location! We received the warmest welcome, had super clean rooms, a view of the river's raging waters, and very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfasts were good. Joseph at the front desk was a great help. A true gem in the heart of Machu Picchu Pueblo/Aguas Calientes.
