The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. You can see surfers and swim directly in the sea. The swimming pool in the backyard is also very large, but the facilities are relatively old and the staff speak loudly in the corridor.

The environment is first-class, it is a good place for a vacation, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! We used the taxi app Pick Me to take a taxi in Galle, and then took the bus to Mirissa. In fact, as long as it is not the rush hour, the conditions of their buses are passable. Much cleaner than India, maybe there will be surprises

Possibly the best place to stay in Ahangama. A completely secure property equipped with lifeguards by the pool and by the beach too. Clean, bright and well equipped bedrooms with A/C, WiFi hot water and good water pressure. Great breakfast buffet with a good selection of western and Sri Lankan fare. Excellent coffee! Possibly the best rice and curry, made to order. spice levels can be selected on request. Their western fare is good too. Super friendly staff, child friendly space and a spa run by a fantastic Balinese masseuse. Highly recommend booking with insight.

Never come this hotel ! It is all show and no service ! The staff is super rude and non apologetic , we ordered veg breakfast for ourselves but what we got was sausages and eggs along with chicken sandwich in our packet. Mistake on my part was that I ordered 13 packets and we had to cancel the rest . But hotel staff ( Mr. Kosala Munadeniya) says my mistake of ordering 13 packets is bigger than his is take of serving non veg food to jains ! So if you are an Indian or a vegetarian / Vegan , do not come here. They clearly do not respect Indian values . As for the food in general it is pathetic and the food buffet is also very bad. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE PICTURES ONLINE!! I was surrounded by 4-5 staff members where they were trying to explain me Indians are too demanding !! We are not demanding , we expect a little bit understanding that then when we ask for veg sandwich and your staff writes chicken sandwich by mistake !! I do not care !! It is your mistake and you should own it !!
