I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing environment. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. What stood out most was the affordability – the pricing is very economical for the quality of service provided. The only area of improvement would be the breakfast, which could include a few more options to cater to different preferences. Overall, a great value-for-money stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

The staff made me feel very comfortable and safe and took care of me like family. Mostly consisting of elderly men and they are very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place in Ahmedabad to stay mostly for it's heartwarming staff.

Hotel is mediocre. We booked it through *********** and we were told that we could pay at the hotel and there was no penalty. But Treebo sent us an email that our reservation would be cancelled if we did not pay and forced us to pay. So we ended paying for it a few days before but we could not cancel it as our flight was cancelled.

I checked in on 18th January 2023 The front office manager was rude and disgusting. He insisted that I have to enter my mobile number in the check in register which is open to all visitors, my personal data would have been at risk. I have given my number on aadhar copy. I have refused to enter in in the open register. I was threatned police action. I am making a counter complain that if my tel number is disclosed to any individual you will be responsible for breach of data pruvacy. You are autorised to give all my details to any Govt authorities but not to any private non bonafide person. Thereafter, i requested for confirmation for late check out, he mentioned that at one full day charge it will be available. This is illegal and non bonafide, i have proof that subject to availibility it would be at additional cost of INR 1,000. So the manager’s ask to provide it at additional one night cost for a few hours is nothing but cheating and breach of trust. I had no option to check out by 8.45 am instead of late check out as i managed to book a better property and you are responsible for this. Further, after check in on 18th we wanted to order lunch which was not available. We were told that from the snack menu we could order, we ordered a chicken sandwich which we were told not available as all non veg products are frozen(sic). It was very disgusting. We reluctantly ordered a veg club sandwich and what was sent was a cheese sandwich without any veggies. How on earth you call it veg club sandwich ? I hereby callupon Treesbo Ambasador to show cause why legal action should not be taken for the illegal acts including data privacy breach, bad and rude behaviour or the front office manager, deficiency of service and for demanding extra money for late check out instead of Rs.1000
