"Casa de Santa Comba is absolutely lush. The staff are very relaxed and flexible, having to arrive late was no problem, and they were very accommodating of us at breakfast as were vegetarian and there aren’t many vegetarians in Portugal! They were also very accommodating when we requested a fridge for our wine. The building and surrounding estate is beautiful, with lots of animals around – geese, horses, dogs, swallows, fish in the ponds – and lots of lemon trees bursting with fruit and beautiful flower bushes everywhere. A dreamy place, would love to stay here again. Will miss the bright morning song of the canary in their office which you can hear from the breakfast room!"

"Only 5 kilometers away from Braga, so how can there be so much peace! ????
The quality of service is outstanding! The service is very attentive, professional and discreet.
We had dinner in the restaurant... Very happy! Meals, desserts, wine, quiet, peaceful music, the right tone... We like it.
I highly recommend it to people who like and need silence, nature... and who have dated a 29-year marriage and helped raise 3 good children.

"The service was five star from the initial greeting through to check out. Accommodation was modern with glass doors and quality fittings plus a coffee machine which was a nice touch. Spa was very good although you need a shower cap for the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent and they even provided gluten-free pastries which was a lovely touch. Finally, the vineyard and surrounding areas are stunning."

"The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the train station. The male waiter had a bad attitude, was very slow in doing things, and was not actively cooperative. Also, while I was sleeping, the cleaners tried to force open my room door twice. I used The magic weapon that prevents the door from opening was locked inside, so it was not opened."
