We loved this hotel and we recommend it. The smart  features are amazing and the stuff is really friendly 🙂  You can have the hanfu experience also and the underground is 3 minutes away from the hotel and is really easy and simple to visit all the important history points. Don't be afraid of the language barrier as they can communicate with different apps and devices 🙂 We highly recommend the hotel especially for first time visitors!

The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from CapitaLand Plaza, the nearest shopping mall. Robots can deliver things at any time, which is very convenient. The ice and mineral water in the small refrigerator are free to use. The facilities and equipment in the room are relatively complete. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are suitable pillows. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are not far from some attractions.

This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient food and transportation. First time staying at Xi'an Starway Hotel Laochenggen Branch. It has a North American style, and the lobby is simple and modern. The room facilities are exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable. We booked a regular superior room on Ctrip. After arrival, the hotel automatically upgraded us to a deluxe room. The bathroom has a separate area and is very spacious. In particular, there is a large modern bathtub in the shower room. The breakfast is free and there are many varieties. The main thing is that the transportation is extremely convenient. There is a bus stop at the door. Daxing Road can go directly to Xianyang. The service attitude is warm and thoughtful, scientific and reasonable. I will definitely recommend staying with friends when I come to Xi'an again.

Families are relieved to rush, I will stay here next time I come to Lanzhou!
