The room was upgraded for free, and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.... The room was very clean and everything was complete. Unfortunately, the guests next door had been calling and the sound insulation was not very good, so it affected my rest... Of course, it is not a problem with the hotel, it is a problem for the guests.
